About Ghostless

Ghostless is built by a computer science student at Ontario Tech University. It's free and independent: it isn't paid by employers, and it never sells your data.

Why it exists

Students apply to dozens of tech internships and new-grad roles, and some postings stay up long after anyone is hiring for them. Ghostless keeps the record job boards don't: when each posting first appeared, whether it came back as a new listing, and what the employer says about the vacancy. It shows that evidence so you can decide where to spend your time; it never calls a posting fake.

Free and independent

  • Everything on the site is free, with or without an account.
  • No employer pays to be listed, ranked or left out, and none is affiliated with Ghostless.
  • Your data is never sold or shared for advertising. The privacy policy says exactly what is stored and how to delete it.

Where the data comes from

Postings are read every day from employers' own career sites and from public internship and new-grad lists, and every job links to the employer's own posting. How it works explains each signal and what Ghostless can't see.
