How we know

It hasn't been reposted, listed twice, or left up unusually long, and the posting doesn't say it's a talent pool.

Ghostless records the day it first sees a posting, so a repost can't reset its age. This one was already up when Ghostless started tracking Scotiabank, so its true age is longer.

Last checked Nov 4, 2026.

What it asks of you

Bachelor's degree asked for
“You have or will complete an apprenticeship, certificate, diploma, undergraduate or graduate degree between April 2025 – June 2027” (quoted from the posting)

What the posting discloses

Not stated: Pay, real vacancy, AI screening.

Why these three

Ontario requires postings from employers with 25 or more staff to state the pay, whether the vacancy exists, and whether AI screens applicants.

Some employers add pay only on their own site. Check the original posting before you rule it out.

Who Are We?

SOAR is Scotiabank’s new graduate experience within the TILT (Talent Incubators for Leaders of Tomorrow) program. It is designed to create a culturally welcoming and supportive environment for First Nations, Inuit, Métis graduates . We recognize the important contributions and etuaptmumk (two-eyed seeing) approach that Indigenous Peoples provide to society and are committed to removing systematic barriers that have made it difficult for Indigenous Peoples to obtain meaningful careers in the financial industry.

Embracing a spirit of growth and learning, SOAR will support you for the first two years of full-time employment and offers additional one-on-one support, programming, and initiatives rooted within Indigenous ways of knowing and being while in your TILT program. Think of this experience like an Indigenous Student Services Center. This experience empowers you with additional skills, allowing you to thrive within the spaces of Scotiabank, Tangerine, and other communities. Whether it be public speaking, community involvement, or those excel spreadsheet formulas, this program will create a pathway to a long-term career with Scotiabank.
