岗位职责
作为 资深量化研究员（Senior Quantitative Researcher） ，您将深入参与公司投资流程的多个核心环节，包括数据工程、策略开发、投资组合构建及风险管理。我们提供先进的研究与交易基础设施，并由经验丰富的量化投资经理提供指导，支持您推进策略从构想到实盘交易的全过程。您的主要职责包括：
- 运用概率统计、机器学习等方法，开发并优化量化交易策略
- 跟踪和分析策略表现，提出改进建议并主导策略迭代
- 搭建或优化策略研究框架，提升研发效率与策略迭代速度
岗位要求
- 至少3年海内外股票或期货市场量化策略研发的工作经验，有实盘运行的策略
- 国内外知名高校本科及以上学历，有扎实的数理统计基础，熟悉alpha research和投资组合管理
- 对量化充满热情，善于钻研，能够独立推动项目落地并对结果负责
- 抗压能力强，具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神
- 有志于通过PM Track的实践成长，独立管理投资组合和团队
