Job description
Requirements
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Good communication skills in English or Japanese (both are a plus).
GPA of 3.2/4.0 or above.
Hands-on experience in AI-driven full-stack development, leveraging AI tools to accelerate coding, testing, debugging, and documentation.
Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, or similar.
Frontend development experience with Angular, React, or Vue.js.
Backend development experience with Python, Java, or C#.
Basic understanding of Cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and continuous learning mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience building AI-enabled applications or integrating LLM/Generative AI services.
Personal, academic, or open-source projects demonstrating full-stack development capabilities.
Passion for AI-driven software engineering and emerging technologies.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
