You will report to Maintenance manager
This is the role
- Deals with the design, implementation, maintenance and optimization of electrical systems.
- Ensure machines are operating at the required capacity
- Involved in the preparation of the key performance indicator monitoring report for the maintenance department
- Analyze the causes of defects and find solutions to prevent future failures
- Ensure the execution of activities resulting from the factory's preventive maintenance plan
- Ensure machine troubleshooting
- Manage inventory and spare parts supply
- Assist in the verification of subcontractors
- Monitor subcontractors in terms of compliance with the highest quality standards and timely completion of activities
- Analyze the factory maintenance plan and improve it
- Create or modify work procedures taking into account feedback from maintenance technicians
- Develop technical solutions to maintenance-related problems to minimize the cost of a technical intervention
- Defines technical specifications and spare parts requirements
This is who you are
- Technical university education: electrics, electronics, electro mechanics
- Minimum 3 year experience in a similar position
- Strong knowledge of engineering concepts, including hydraulic and mechanical systems
- Experienced in working with maintenance costs
- Ability to read and understand hydraulic and pneumatical drawings
- Good working knowledge of PLC programming (Siemens)
- Advanced PC skills (Excel, Outlook, Word etc.)
- Strong interpersonal skills, Integrity and responsibility, prioritizing skills, Communication, Team work, Planning & organizing, Initiative, Decision making
- Romanian and English
