How we know

It hasn't been reposted, listed twice, or left up unusually long, and the posting doesn't say it's a talent pool.

Ghostless records the day it first sees a posting, so a repost can't reset its age. This one was already up when Ghostless started tracking Guidehouse, so its true age is longer.

Last checked Nov 3, 2026.

What You Will Do

We are seeking a Sitecore Content Hub & Content Operations Developer to develop, configure, enhance, and support our enterprise content operations platform. In this role, you will translate business, content, and governance requirements into scalable solutions across Sitecore Content Hub, with a primary focus on digital asset management (DAM), Content Hub Operations, workflows, metadata, permissions, automation, and integrations. You will partner with content owners, marketing teams, product teams, platform architects, developers, and external partners to improve the content lifecycle—from intake and creation through review, approval, distribution, reuse, and archival—while maintaining a secure, reliable, and intuitive user experience.

  • Develop, configure, and enhance Sitecore Content Hub capabilities, with emphasis on DAM, Content Hub Operations, metadata schemas, taxonomies, renditions, portals, workflows, user groups, roles, and permissions.
  • Design and maintain content lifecycle workflows that support intake, creation, review, approval, publishing, distribution, reuse, retention, and archival.
  • Partner with content, brand, marketing, legal, accessibility, and compliance stakeholders to translate operational needs into clear platform requirements and sustainable solutions.
  • Design, develop, test, and support integrations between Sitecore Content Hub and enterprise platforms, including Sitecore XM Cloud, content delivery channels, identity providers, marketing technologies, analytics platforms, and other downstream systems.
  • Build and maintain solutions using Sitecore Content Hub APIs, SDKs, scripts, webhooks, and supported extension points to automate content operations, exchange data, enforce business rules, and reduce manual work.
  • Establish and maintain platform standards for metadata quality, naming conventions, asset organization, duplicate prevention, versioning, rights management, and content governance.
  • Monitor platform health, scheduled jobs, integrations, storage, usage, and operational queues; troubleshoot incidents and perform root-cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
  • Coordinate releases, configuration changes, regression testing, validation, and production readiness across development, test, and production environments.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, configuration inventories, support procedures, and user guidance for administrators, authors, and business teams.
  • Provide day-to-day platform support, triage user requests, manage vendor escalations, and communicate status and resolution details to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to improve adoption, usability, automation, data quality, governance, and delivery efficiency, and help prioritize enhancements using measurable outcomes.

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least 4 years of experience developing, implementing, or supporting enterprise content platforms, digital asset management systems, content operations solutions, or related digital experience technologies.
  • Hands-on experience developing and implementing solutions in Sitecore Content Hub, including DAM, Content Hub Operations, metadata, taxonomies, workflows, renditions, portals, security configuration, and custom extensions.
  • Experience designing content and asset models that support searchability, reuse, lifecycle management, governance, and multichannel distribution.
  • Experience developing SaaS integrations through REST APIs, webhooks, SDKs, middleware, or integration services, with proficiency in JSON, authentication patterns, error handling, and data transformation.
  • Working knowledge of identity and access management, role-based access control, data privacy, digital rights, retention, and enterprise security practices.
  • Proficiency in at least one relevant development or scripting language, such as JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, or PowerShell, along with experience using Git-based source control, code review, testing, release coordination, and production support practices.
  • Ability to diagnose configuration, workflow, permission, metadata, API, integration, and performance issues using logs, monitoring, and structured troubleshooting.
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills, with the ability to convert business processes into clear requirements, solution designs, support procedures, and user guidance.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical decisions and operational impacts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and collaborate effectively across distributed, cross-functional teams.

What Would Be Nice to Have

  • Experience with other Sitecore products, such as XM Cloud, Experience Edge, Search, CDP, Personalize, or Sitecore Connect.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure or another major cloud platform, including monitoring, integration, automation, and security services.
  • Familiarity with content supply chain practices, digital rights management, localization, creative operations, or product information management.
  • Experience building custom Content Hub components, extensions, automation, or event-driven solutions.
  • Experience with automated testing, API testing, performance validation, or accessibility assurance.
  • Sitecore Content Hub certification or equivalent demonstrated expertise.
  • Experience supporting regulated, high-volume, or globally distributed enterprise content operations.
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
