How we know

It hasn't been reposted, listed twice, or left up unusually long, and the posting doesn't say it's a talent pool.

Ghostless records the day it first sees a posting, so a repost can't reset its age. This one was already up when Ghostless started tracking PMG, so its true age is longer.

Last checked Nov 3, 2026.

What the posting discloses

Not stated: Pay, real vacancy, AI screening.

Why these three

Ontario requires postings from employers with 25 or more staff to state the pay, whether the vacancy exists, and whether AI screens applicants.

Some employers add pay only on their own site. Check the original posting before you rule it out.

About the role

We are PMG

Who You Will Be Working With

At PMG, our Analytics team is at the heart of turning data into insights that fuel smarter marketing, media, and business decisions. We go beyond surface-level metrics to help teams understand performance, improve measurement, and ensure the data and tools behind those decisions are accurate, reliable, and actionable.

You’ll collaborate with media strategists, analytics leaders, data engineers, data scientists, and client teams to support the analytics data, reporting, measurement workflows, and technology that power our work. You’ll also work with PMG’s Alli platform, helping maintain the analytics capabilities and underlying data that internal teams and customers rely on every day.

As an Analytics Associate, you’ll build your technical and analytical skills through hands-on experience with dashboards, reporting, data quality, measurement, and analytics workflows. You’ll play an important role in maintaining reliable analytics solutions, troubleshooting issues, and supporting teams as they use data and technology to make informed decisions.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Support internal teams and customers by helping maintain accurate, reliable, and usable analytics data, reporting, measurement workflows, and Alli platform capabilities.
  • Create, update, and maintain dashboards, reports, trackers, and recurring analytics deliverables.
  • Maintain established analytics workflows, data transformations, and dbt tests to support consistent and reliable reporting.
  • Monitor data quality and source freshness, helping identify and resolve data discrepancies, reporting issues, and other recurring issues.
  • Support data-quality fixes, backfills, reloads, and other maintenance activities as needed.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate data for marketing measurement initiatives, including media mix modeling (MMM), LiftLab, lift studies, and other measurement workflows.
  • Support Alli platform upgrades, testing, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot analytics, reporting, and Alli platform issues, escalating more complex issues to the appropriate teams when needed.
  • Monitor and remediate analytics and data alerts according to established processes.
  • Assist with onboarding, documentation, training, and ongoing support to help teams effectively use analytics tools, reports, and workflows.
  • Collaborate with Analytics, Media, Client Strategy, Data Science, and Engineering teams to complete analytics requests and support customer needs.
  • Follow established analytics processes and best practices while identifying opportunities to improve the accuracy and efficiency of recurring work.
  • Stay current on analytics tools, marketing measurement practices, and emerging technologies, including AI and automation.

What You Will Bring

  • 1–2 years of experience in analytics, data analytics, marketing analytics, business intelligence, or a related field, with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience with or foundational knowledge of SQL for querying, validating, transforming, and analyzing data.
  • Familiarity with data warehousing platforms such as Amazon Redshift, BigQuery, or Snowflake.
  • Experience with or exposure to data transformation tools such as dbt, including maintaining tests or supporting data-quality validation.
  • Experience creating or maintaining dashboards and reports using visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, media, or advertising data and an interest in understanding how data supports marketing decision-making.
  • Exposure to marketing measurement concepts such as media mix modeling, lift testing, incrementality, attribution, or experimentation.
  • Ability to identify and investigate data discrepancies, troubleshoot common reporting issues, and escalate more complex problems when appropriate.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate, consistent, and high-quality data and reporting.
  • Ability to follow established processes, manage recurring responsibilities, and balance multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to document work and support both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Python or R for analysis, automation, or data workflows is a plus.
  • Exposure to ETL/ELT pipelines, workflow automation, marketing technology, ad tech, or measurement platforms is a plus.
  • A commitment to curiosity and adaptability as a Continual Learner, staying at the forefront of media innovation while prioritizing client success with a Customer-Focused mindset that seeks opportunities to deliver meaningful value.
