How we know

It hasn't been reposted, listed twice, or left up unusually long, and the posting doesn't say it's a talent pool.

Ghostless records the day it first sees a posting, so a repost can't reset its age. This one was already up when Ghostless started tracking Jane Street, so its true age is longer.

Last checked Nov 3, 2026.

What the posting discloses

Not stated: Pay, real vacancy, AI screening.

Why these three

Ontario requires postings from employers with 25 or more staff to state the pay, whether the vacancy exists, and whether AI screens applicants.

Some employers add pay only on their own site. Check the original posting before you rule it out.

About the role

About the position

We're looking for someone to help design the infrastructure and run operations for Jane Street's Talent Development team.

You will partner with a team of Talent Development Specialists who design and run a variety of internal programs, from internships to early career education to development for more experienced leaders across the firm. Your role will be critical to our ability to effectively scale, run, and evaluate our programming.

Additional responsibilities of the role will include

  • Working closely with our HR systems team to ensure that our learning management system (Workday) is configured to meet our learning and evaluation needs.
  • Designing and maintaining quarterly learning reports that communicate the trends, relevance, and impact of our programs
  • Owning the operations of firmwide annual programs with other stakeholders across the HR team
  • Improving processes and streamlining operations across programs, enabling us to scale with the growth of the firm

About you

  • Have 5+ years’ experience in operations, program or project management, HR analytics, or a similar role; experience in learning and development isn't required
  • Experienced running projects with several stakeholders from start to finish, and comfortable juggling a few projects at once
  • Have strong data and analytical skills; You can pull data together from different sources, spot what matters, and present it clearly
  • Experienced working with enterprise systems (an HRIS, LMS, or similar) and learning new ones quickly; Workday experience helps but isn't required
  • A clear, concise writer and speaker
  • You notice patterns across programs and like building processes that scale
  • Interested in both program management and detailed data work
