How we know

It hasn't been reposted, listed twice, or left up unusually long, and the posting doesn't say it's a talent pool.

Ghostless records the day it first sees a posting, so a repost can't reset its age. This one was already up when Ghostless started tracking Assistiq, so its true age is longer.

Last checked Nov 1, 2026.

What it asks of you

Must already be allowed to work in Canada
“You are legally entitled to work in Canada” (quoted from the posting)

What the posting discloses

Not stated: Pay, real vacancy, AI screening.

Why these three

Ontario requires postings from employers with 25 or more staff to state the pay, whether the vacancy exists, and whether AI screens applicants.

Some employers add pay only on their own site. Check the original posting before you rule it out.

You should be someone who actively uses AI to accelerate software development, improve code quality, troubleshoot problems, automate repetitive work and increase your overall engineering leverage.

To be successful, you will have to be able to juggle responsibilities in parallel, prioritize competing deliverables efficiently, communicate effectively across the organization and be driven by continuous improvement.

We would expect you to be knowledgeable, articulate, sensible, able to coordinate with other peers and senior executives, and collaborate and deliver results in a fast-paced environment where teamwork, professionalism, confidentiality, and communication are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to simplify repetitive engineering tasks and improve development workflows
  • Streamline the deployment process and ensure automation and continuous integration best practices are followed
  • Develop internal tools to optimize the management and monitoring of our deployments
  • Analyze current technologies and processes, and rapidly research, evaluate and experiment with new approaches to improve them, leveraging AI tools to accelerate the path from idea to implementation
  • Provide technical and analytical guidance to other Engineering team members
