How we know

It hasn't been reposted, listed twice, or left up unusually long, and the posting doesn't say it's a talent pool.

Ghostless records the day it first sees a posting, so a repost can't reset its age. This one was already up when Ghostless started tracking Career Opportunities At Mindset, so its true age is longer.

Last checked Nov 3, 2026.

About the role

About Mindset Care, Inc.

Mindset was founded to create a better experience for those with a mental illness and their caregivers in applying for Social Security Disability benefits.

Our team of Social Security Disability lawyers and representatives has helped thousands of individuals through the arduous process of obtaining Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) and/or Supplemental Security income (SSI) through the Social Security Administration.

Overall, a senior disability hearing attorney should possess a comprehensive blend of legal expertise, practical experience, interpersonal skills, and personal qualities to effectively represent clients and navigate the complexities of Social Security Disability law.

Due to this being a remote role, you’ll need a reliable internet connection with speeds of at least 100 Mbps download and 30 Mbps upload, a comfortable place to work, and a backup plan for occasional internet outages. We will provide your MacBook as well as a headset, keyboard, and monitor as needed. You will be responsible for maintaining a setup that supports a productive workday.
