How we know

It hasn't been reposted, listed twice, or left up unusually long, and the posting doesn't say it's a talent pool.

Ghostless records the day it first sees a posting, so a repost can't reset its age. This one was already up when Ghostless started tracking Curve Dental, so its true age is longer.

Last checked Nov 1, 2026.

What the posting discloses

Not stated: Pay, real vacancy, AI screening.

Why these three

Ontario requires postings from employers with 25 or more staff to state the pay, whether the vacancy exists, and whether AI screens applicants.

Some employers add pay only on their own site. Check the original posting before you rule it out.

Position Summary

We are seeking a software developer who is passionate about software development and technically excellent. Our developers work across the full stack — C#/.NET backend services and TypeScript/Angular front-end applications — and understand that a project is not done until it has been deployed to production for our users. We want developers who can contribute positively to our culture and teach us things we didn't know before. Those same developers are always hungry to learn and improve in any way they can.

Our developers take a leadership role in stewarding the code to ever higher standards, mentoring other developers on the team and driving forward the technical direction of both Curve and its products.

You'll own features from design through production, and take on larger, more open-ended problems as you grow with the team.

Things we're looking for in terms of more specific skill-sets and experience

  • BS in Computer Science or related technical discipline (or equivalent)
  • 3+ years of professional software development experience
  • Solid backend programming experience in C#/.NET, or a comparable language such as Java
  • Solid front-end programming experience in TypeScript with a modern framework (Angular preferred)
  • A solid foundation in computer science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design
  • Strong SQL and relational database skills — complex queries, schema design, transactions, and writing production-safe data migrations
  • Experience diagnosing and troubleshooting production issues end-to-end (backend and frontend) with root cause analysis
  • Experience writing secure code in a data-sensitive or regulated environment, such as one handling PHI, PII, or financial data
  • Previous experience with agile development methodologies, unit testing with tools like xUnit/NUnit or Playwright, and code reviews
  • Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code or Copilot, and critically reviewing their output rather than accepting it at face value

Nice to have experience

  • Experience with large-scale data migration or integration systems
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure and messaging/queueing systems (AWS or similar)
  • Exposure to healthcare or other regulated data environments
