Job Description
The MLOps Engineer Intern assists in developing, automating, and maintaining MLOps pipelines and platform components for enterprise AI/ML deployment.
Focuses on model deployment, pipeline automation, monitoring, feature management, and AI platform integration alongside senior engineers.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
ML Pipeline Automation
- Automated data prep, model scoring, and retraining workflows via Databricks.
Monitoring & QA
- Model validation, data quality checks, and performance drift detection.
Feature Store & Engineering
- Reusable feature pipelines & datasets using Snowflake, Databricks & Iceberg.
Platform & GenAI Ops
- MLflow integration, agent deployment workflows, and reusable Python modules.
COMPETENCIES
Core
- Basic proficiency in Python programming
- Familiarity with SQL and relational databases
- Basic understanding of ML concepts & workflows
- Familiarity with Git and version control
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Knowledge of Databricks, Snowflake, MLflow, or Spark
- Familiarity with REST APIs, testing, or CI/CD concepts
HIRING REQUIREMENTS
- Degree Focus: Currently pursuing Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, Data Science, or related technical field.
- Academic Stage: Preferably in the final year of undergraduate studies or masters degree
