How we know

It hasn't been reposted, listed twice, or left up unusually long, and the posting doesn't say it's a talent pool.

Ghostless records the day it first sees a posting, so a repost can't reset its age. This one was already up when Ghostless started tracking Careersdeltacapita, so its true age is longer.

Last checked Nov 3, 2026.

What the posting discloses

Not stated: Pay, real vacancy, AI screening.

Why these three

Ontario requires postings from employers with 25 or more staff to state the pay, whether the vacancy exists, and whether AI screens applicants.

Some employers add pay only on their own site. Check the original posting before you rule it out.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Integration & Third Party Risk Management Lead to support the integration and alignment of a newly acquired entity within a leading Financial Services organisation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving supplier and contract integration activities, strengthening procurement governance and controls, enhancing Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) frameworks, and supporting the development of a scalable target operating model. Working across Procurement, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Technology, and Operations teams, you will play a key role in ensuring supplier relationships, contractual obligations, and third-party risk arrangements are appropriately managed throughout the integration programme.

This position requires a hands-on procurement professional with deep Financial Services experience, strong supplier governance expertise, and the ability to deliver complex transformation and remediation initiatives in a regulated environment. Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, business integrations, or large-scale change programmes would be highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the integration and alignment of procurement activities for a newly acquired entity, ensuring consistency with the wider organisation's procurement strategy, policies, and controls.
  • Conduct supplier and contract mapping exercises to establish visibility of third-party relationships, contractual obligations, risks, and dependencies.
  • Assess existing procurement and supplier management processes, identifying control gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Design, implement, and enhance procurement governance frameworks, policies, standards, and operating procedures.
  • Drive Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) activities, ensuring appropriate risk assessment, oversight, and governance frameworks are in place.
  • Support supplier onboarding, due diligence, governance reviews, remediation activities, and ongoing supplier lifecycle management.
  • Partner with Legal, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Technology, and Operational teams to ensure successful integration of suppliers and third-party arrangements.
  • Develop and implement target operating models across Procurement and Supplier Management functions.
  • Manage procurement-related remediation and control enhancement initiatives arising from audits, risk reviews, or integration assessments.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on procurement governance, supplier risk, outsourcing controls, and vendor management best practices.
  • Produce regular updates, reports, and recommendations for senior stakeholders and programme leadership.
  • Ensure procurement and third-party activities are delivered in line with regulatory requirements and organisational risk appetite.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen procurement efficiency, governance, and supplier performance.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Extensive end-to-end Procurement experience within a Financial Services environment.
  • Strong Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) experience, including the design, implementation, and enhancement of governance frameworks and controls.
  • Proven experience across supplier governance, vendor management, contract management, and procurement operations.
  • Demonstrable experience developing and implementing procurement policies, standards, controls, and target operating models.
  • Strong understanding of supplier lifecycle management, including onboarding, due diligence, performance management, and remediation activities.
  • Experience working within highly regulated Banking, Financial Services, Payments, or FinTech organisations.
  • Proven ability to lead complex procurement transformation, change, or control enhancement initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and engage senior business, risk, legal, and operational stakeholders.
  • Experience identifying and mitigating third-party risks and driving appropriate remediation actions.
  • Excellent project delivery and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience working within Banking, Financial Services, FinTech or Payments environments.
  • Knowledge of Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) processes and supplier governance frameworks.
  • Experience supporting supplier onboarding, due diligence and vendor risk assessments.
  • Exposure to procurement integration, change or continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Experience managing technology, IT or professional services suppliers.
  • Familiarity with outsourcing and supplier management regulatory requirements.
