How we know
It hasn't been reposted, listed twice, or left up unusually long, and the posting doesn't say it's a talent pool.
Ghostless records the day it first sees a posting, so a repost can't reset its age. This one was already up when Ghostless started tracking Cuculus Gmbh.jobs.personio.com, so its true age is longer.

What the posting discloses
Not stated: Pay, real vacancy, AI screening.
Why these three
Ontario requires postings from employers with 25 or more staff to state the pay, whether the vacancy exists, and whether AI screens applicants.
Some employers add pay only on their own site. Check the original posting before you rule it out.

What is the role about?
Key Responsibilities
Design and execute load, stress, scalability, spike, and failover performance tests for HES/MDM product
Create realistic test scenarios covering
- ZONOS API and Southbound API
- VEE processing
- MDUS / data ingestion flows
- Device events, alarms, meter reads, topology, and profile data
- Kafka/streaming pipelines
- Database-heavy operations
- ZCP user workflows where relevant
Define performance KPIs such as
- response time
- throughput
- transactions per second
- message ingestion rate
- processing latency
- CPU/memory usage
- database load
- Kafka lag
- error rate
- queue depth
Maintain load test scripts using tools such as â JMeter, k6, Simulator and Mock serveâ .

- APIs
- database queries
- Kafka topics/partitions
- backend services
