How we know

It hasn't been reposted, listed twice, or left up unusually long, and the posting doesn't say it's a talent pool.

Ghostless records the day it first sees a posting, so a repost can't reset its age. This one was already up when Ghostless started tracking Momomedical, so its true age is longer.

Last checked Nov 1, 2026.

What the posting discloses

Not stated: Pay, real vacancy, AI screening.

Why these three

Ontario requires postings from employers with 25 or more staff to state the pay, whether the vacancy exists, and whether AI screens applicants.

Some employers add pay only on their own site. Check the original posting before you rule it out.

About the role

Are you the kind of developer who would shape a solution rather than follow a spec? Do you want to work in a dynamic environment where your code makes a real difference?

Join Momo Medical’s integrations team where you will be helping in connecting the day-to-day tools used by healthcare professionals with the Momo app. As a medior/senior backend developer, you will be working in a cross-discipline team to understand what caregivers really want and build integrations with various healthcare providers such as GPS tags, smart cameras (with fall detection, door control), etc.

Who is Momo?

Momo Medical is a fast-growing and ambitious scale-up in Delft that focuses on one of society's biggest challenges: the future of (elderly) care. In the next 10 years, the demand for care will double, while 30% of the current workforce will retire. With our innovative solutions, we want to both reduce the pressure on caregivers and improve the quality of care. In short, we want to improve the quality of life for nursing home residents and increase the job satisfaction of caregivers.

The most valuable aspects of the role

💻 A modern stack and a laptop of your choice.

💗 Plenty of room to contribute, learn and grow.

💡 Opportunities to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high quality software.

🗓️ Hybrid work, at least 4 days p/w in Delft with a multidisciplinary team that strives for the best every day.

These are your responsibilities

You will be responsible for designing and developing integration services using Node.js and TypeScript to ensure the Momo Services can process events from various external parties.

We value the following

  • Building Event Driven Systems for webhooks for communicating with internal services.
  • Apply Domain-Driven Design principles to build maintainable and scalable architectures.
  • AWS Services for serverless architecture and queues.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality.
  • Working closely with UX to understand user requirements and design solutions.
  • Collaborating with external partners to understand their systems/APIs.
  • Taking Cross-Team Collaboration and Development initiatives.

Who are you?

You are enthusiastic and driven to make a difference for caregivers. You have experience (3+ years) in Node.js , strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript (or any other backend technology), and experience with Cloud (AWS).

  • Strengths : proactive, curious, fast learner, adaptive
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-discipline team environment.
  • Available for a minimum of 32 hours per week.
  • Ask questions

And don’t worry, even if you don’t check every box on the list, what matters the most to us is you can learn it quickly.

This is why you want to work at Momo

You want to make a difference in healthcare at home and abroad. You are excited about a fast-growing scale-up where no two days are the same. And you want to work with enthusiastic and talented international colleagues who all work hard to make healthcare a little bit better every day, and at the same time really enjoy lunch and (Friday) afternoon drinks together.

  • Make a difference for caregivers with an innovative solution.
  • 32-40 hours/week, depending on your preference.
