How we know
It hasn't been reposted, listed twice, or left up unusually long, and the posting doesn't say it's a talent pool.
Ghostless records the day it first sees a posting, so a repost can't reset its age. This one was already up when Ghostless started tracking Ubiops.jobs.personio.com, so its true age is longer.

What the posting discloses
Not stated: Pay, real vacancy, AI screening.
Why these three
Ontario requires postings from employers with 25 or more staff to state the pay, whether the vacancy exists, and whether AI screens applicants.
Some employers add pay only on their own site. Check the original posting before you rule it out.

About the role
The job
We are looking for a Full-stack AI Engineer who wants to play a key role in the adoption of sovereign AI in the Netherlands. As part of our Customer Success team, you will work on projects for customers in the public sector, healthcare and critical infrastructure. - Translate customer feedback into product improvements and work with our development team on building and testing new features
- Support our sales team with your technical knowledge of the product, customers and market

- Familiar with GenAI and MLOps practices and technologies
- Excellent communication and training skills, able to explain technical topics clearly to customers
- Fluent in English, Dutch is a big plus
- Willing to travel to customers for projects within the Randstad
- Experience at a software company and/or start-up/scale-up is a plus
Note: For this position, we will only consider candidates who are currently residing and/or working in the Netherlands. If you do not fulfill all the requirements but believe you would be a good fit, we encourage you to apply.
