How we know

It hasn't been reposted, listed twice, or left up unusually long, and the posting doesn't say it's a talent pool.

Ghostless records the day it first sees a posting, so a repost can't reset its age. This one was already up when Ghostless started tracking Homevision, so its true age is longer.

Last checked Nov 2, 2026.

What the posting discloses

Not stated: Pay, real vacancy, AI screening.

Why these three

Ontario requires postings from employers with 25 or more staff to state the pay, whether the vacancy exists, and whether AI screens applicants.

Some employers add pay only on their own site. Check the original posting before you rule it out.

About the role

About HomeVision

HomeVision is building the next generation of AI-powered software for the $13 trillion mortgage industry. Our platform, MIRA (Machine Intelligence Review Assistant), automates labor-intensive document processing and underwriting, helping lenders close loans faster and with less friction - ultimately saving borrowers time, money, and stress. We have already transformed appraisal operations for the country's top lenders, cutting review times by over 75%. Now, we are aggressively expanding MIRA to cover the entire loan file - automating income, assets, and credit analysis - to create a holistic underwriting utility for the industry.

At HomeVision, we like working with hungry, smart, curious and kind people who enjoy hard problems and real responsibility. Engineers here own meaningful projects end to end, from design to deployment, and collaborate closely with product, design and our go-to-market teams. We value low ego, high ownership, clear communication, and respect for each other’s time. We always try to “do the loving thing” in how we work together and with our customers and partners.

What you’ll do

This role is unique because it requires the ability to contribute directly to our codebase, extend and architect our platform with an eye towards growth, and mentor other engineers. The ideal candidate will have deep technical experience to set a broad technical vision, initiate its development, and strong leadership skills to unify a team behind its execution.

We build rapidly using React/Typescript, Golang, and Python on AWS. Our engineers work on entire products— everything from workflow engines, NLP and image processing, to building frontend data visualizations that help communicate results in an intuitive way.

What you’ll bring

  • Strong capabilities in full-stack development with deep backend experience
  • Ability to learn and master new programming languages and technologies
  • Experience mentoring engineers, running a development process, and building a culture that emphasizes responsibility, rigor, and collaboration
  • Strong verbal and written communication in English

Bonus points

  • Experience in scientific and numerical computing (e.g., numpy, scipy, scikit-learn, tensorflow, pytorch, jupyter) considered a plus
  • Experience in one or more of the following technologies: Go, Python, React/Typescript, Elasticsearch, and Docker and familiarity with machine learning concepts.
  • Residence in Rosario or Buenos Aires (Residence in Argentina is mandatory)

What we'll offer you

  • A competitive salary in USD
  • A high degree of autonomy and ownership of your work
  • Support for your professional goals and learning within and beyond the company, through your manager and peers
