How we know

It hasn't been reposted, listed twice, or left up unusually long, and the posting doesn't say it's a talent pool.

Ghostless records the day it first sees a posting, so a repost can't reset its age. This one was already up when Ghostless started tracking Notable, so its true age is longer.

Last checked Nov 2, 2026.

Role Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Sr. Fullstack Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will leverage your experience to design, develop, and maintain platform capabilities that make a significant impact on healthcare delivery. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement robust solutions that support our mission of enhancing patient care and streamlining healthcare processes.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and develop responsive, high-performance web applications that serve as the backbone of our healthcare AI platform.
  • Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers and Engineering platform leaders to translate requirements into technical designs and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Build and optimize RESTful APIs to enable seamless integrations with various healthcare systems and third-party services.
  • Uphold best practices for code quality, testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) to ensure high reliability and maintainability of our software.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across your domain, from front-end functionality to back-end infrastructure.
  • Work closely with our data science team to deploy machine learning (ML) and natural language processing (NLP) algorithms into production environments.
  • Engage in agile development processes, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to continuously improve team workflows.

You’re a Great Fit if

  • 3-6 years of relevant work experience in fullstack web development, with a focus on modern technologies and frameworks.
  • Excellent problem-solving, coding, and debugging skills with a proven ability to deliver with quality.
  • Proficient understanding of modern web application development, including proficiency in front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, Ruby).
  • Strong ability to break down complex projects into manageable milestones and deliver working software with minimal day to day oversight.
  • Experience writing maintainable, well-tested, and reliable code, with adherence to software development best practices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate technical limitations and risks clearly.
  • A collaborative mindset, willing to work closely with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
