How we know

It hasn't been reposted, listed twice, or left up unusually long, and the posting doesn't say it's a talent pool.

Ghostless records the day it first sees a posting, so a repost can't reset its age. This one was already up when Ghostless started tracking Sporty Group, so its true age is longer.

Last checked Nov 4, 2026.

What it asks of you

2+ years of experience
“2+ years of experience in a formal leadership or line management role (mentoring, performance evaluations, work allocation).” (quoted from the posting)

What the posting discloses

AI screening
No AI screening
Every application is reviewed by a member of our team (AI is not used in our recruitment process), and we aim to respond within 48 hours. (quoted from the posting)

Not stated: Pay, real vacancy.

Why these three

Ontario requires postings from employers with 25 or more staff to state the pay, whether the vacancy exists, and whether AI screens applicants.

Some employers add pay only on their own site. Check the original posting before you rule it out.

  • Manage team members' performance, lead 1-on-1s, drive career development, and handle work allocation.
  • Drive continuous improvement in development processes, modern tools, and delivery standards across the team.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, backend engineers, and product teams to refine requirements and ship high-quality features.

What you'll bring
