我们正在寻找一位硬件采购经理，负责为多个客户项目寻找、评估并协调大湾区的硬件工厂、设备供应商和制造合作伙伴。你将经常前往深圳、东莞、广州、珠海、佛山及周边产业带，把客户需求推进为可执行的打样、生产和交付计划。

工作内容

• 走访硬件工厂、组装厂、模具厂、电子元器件供应商和设备供应商。
• 根据不同客户的产品需求、预算、质量标准和时间表筛选供应商。
• 收集报价、规格、认证、产能、起订量、交期和付款条件，整理中英文对比和建议。
• 协调 NDA、RFQ、打样、工程验证、工厂审核、试产、量产、质量检查、包装和物流。
• 现场检查样品、生产线和关键工艺，拍摄照片和视频，并及时汇报。
• 同时推进多个客户项目，跟踪风险、决策、截止时间和下一步行动。
• 与客户、工程师、工业设计师、工厂负责人和物流合作伙伴保持清晰沟通。

任职要求

• 常驻深圳或大湾区，能够频繁前往深圳、东莞、广州、珠海、佛山及周边工厂。
• 有消费电子、智能硬件、IoT、可穿戴设备、电子元器件、模具或组装采购经验。
• 能够独立完成供应商搜寻、询价、谈判、工厂走访、样品跟进和项目协调。
• 理解打样、BOM、DFM、EVT、DVT、PVT 等硬件开发和制造流程。
• 中文沟通能力强，并能使用英文进行客户更新、书面总结和会议沟通。
• 做事有条理、反应快，能够同时管理多个客户项目。

• 在大湾区拥有成熟的硬件工厂、电子市场、模具、SMT、组装或设备供应商网络。
• 有从概念、样品到量产和交付的完整项目经验。
• 熟悉质量体系、工厂审核、产品认证、进出口或跨境物流。

Role Overview

We are a startup building AI agents and consumer devices. Users prompt agents to take actions across their tools, while our custom devices capture intent on the go. We are a small team in Shenzhen and New York, and our founder previously started a Silicon Valley unicorn.

We are looking for a Hardware Sourcing Manager to identify, evaluate, and coordinate hardware factories, device suppliers, and manufacturing partners for projects across multiple clients. You will travel frequently throughout the Greater Bay Area, including Shenzhen, Dongguan, Guangzhou, Zhuhai, Foshan, and nearby manufacturing hubs.

Responsibilities

• Visit hardware factories, assembly plants, tooling shops, component suppliers, and equipment vendors.
• Source suppliers against each client's product requirements, budget, quality bar, and timeline.
• Collect quotes, specifications, certifications, capacity, MOQs, lead times, and payment terms, then produce clear comparisons in English and Chinese.
• Coordinate NDAs, RFQs, prototypes, engineering validation, factory audits, pilot runs, mass production, quality inspections, packaging, and logistics.
• Inspect samples and production lines in person and document findings with organized photos, videos, and written updates.
• Run several client projects in parallel and track owners, risks, decisions, deadlines, and next actions.
• Communicate clearly with clients, engineers, industrial designers, factory managers, and logistics partners.

Requirements

• Based in Shenzhen or the Greater Bay Area and able to travel frequently across Shenzhen, Dongguan, Guangzhou, Zhuhai, Foshan, and nearby cities.
• Hands-on sourcing experience in consumer electronics, smart hardware, IoT, wearables, components, tooling, or assembly.
• Able to independently source vendors, run RFQs, negotiate terms, conduct factory visits, and coordinate projects.
• Working knowledge of prototyping, BOMs, DFM, EVT, DVT, and PVT.
• Strong Chinese and working English for client updates, written summaries, and meetings.
• Organized, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple clients and changing priorities.

Helpful but not required

• An existing network of hardware factories, electronics markets, tooling, SMT, assembly, or equipment suppliers in the Greater Bay Area.
• Experience taking a product from concept and prototype through mass production and delivery.
• Familiarity with quality systems, factory audits, product certifications, import and export, or cross-border logistics.
