How we know
It hasn't been reposted, listed twice, or left up unusually long, and the posting doesn't say it's a talent pool.
Ghostless records the day it first sees a posting, so a repost can't reset its age. This one was already up when Ghostless started tracking Carbmee.jobs.personio.de, so its true age is longer.

Not stated: Pay, real vacancy, AI screening.
Why these three
Ontario requires postings from employers with 25 or more staff to state the pay, whether the vacancy exists, and whether AI screens applicants.
Some employers add pay only on their own site. Check the original posting before you rule it out.

About the role
Intro
carbmee builds the EIS, the Environmental Intelligence System for enterprise manufacturing. Industrial leaders like ZEISS, ZF and Maersk use it to turn supplier, material and product data into decisions on cost, compliance and carbon. Weâre backed by a â¬20M Series A and building from Munich.
The role
Weâre a small engineering team solving hard data and integration problems for enterprise customers who donât tolerate sloppy software. You treat the codebase like a product, not a ticket queue. This is not a maintenance role.
Please note: at this stage we're not able to offer visa sponsorship. Candidates must already have the right to work in Germany.
Your tasks
- Build and ship features end to end across React/Next.js, NestJS, Python and PostgreSQL
- Own your work from idea to deployment and beyond
- Work directly with product, design and customers, with opinions on what we build, not just how
- Build on a service-oriented architecture running on AWS
- Challenge assumptions and shape our technical direction with the team
- If senior: mentor others and raise the engineering bar
Your profile
- A degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent depth from your experience
- 3+ years shipping production B2B SaaS, not only personal projects or bootcamp work
- Deep proficiency in TypeScript/React and Node.js or Python
- Solid grasp of relational databases and AWS
- Proof of ownership: a system, side project or open source contribution youâre proud of
- You ask why before how, and youâve pushed back on a product decision before
