How we know

It hasn't been reposted, listed twice, or left up unusually long, and the posting doesn't say it's a talent pool.

Ghostless records the day it first sees a posting, so a repost can't reset its age. This one was already up when Ghostless started tracking Sanas, so its true age is longer.

Last checked Nov 2, 2026.

What the posting discloses

Not stated: Pay, real vacancy, AI screening.

Why these three

Ontario requires postings from employers with 25 or more staff to state the pay, whether the vacancy exists, and whether AI screens applicants.

Some employers add pay only on their own site. Check the original posting before you rule it out.

About the role

Sanas is pioneering the future of human communication. Founded by a team of Stanford researchers and entrepreneurs with deep industry experience, Sanas has developed the world's first real-time speech AI platform capable of accent translation, noise cancellation, speech enhancement, cross-language communication, and more.

Sanas makes conversations clearer, more inclusive, and more effective, removing barriers that prevent people from being understood, regardless of accent, background noise, or native language.

Sanas is currently one of the fastest growing startups in Silicon Valley, growing from $16M to $50M ARR in 2025. The company's core business is profitable and is on track to end 2026 with >$77M ARR. Our team combines deep expertise in model innovation and systems engineering with a design-minded product engineering culture to build and ship cutting-edge AI models and experiences — entirely in-house.

Sanas is a 130 person team, established in 2020. In this short span, we've successfully secured over $100 million in funding. Our innovation has been supported by the industry's leading investors, including Insight Partners, Google Ventures, Quadrille Capital, General Catalyst, Quiet Capital, and other influential investors. Our reputation is further solidified by collaborations with numerous Fortune 100 companies. With Sanas, you're not just adopting a product; you're investing in the future of communication.

If you’re looking to have a significant role in roadmapping and driving technical directions, if you’re looking to deploy challenging and big ideas without much overhead or slowness, if you're looking to leave your mark on an ambitious, generational mission to change how the worlds thinks about speech + AI, then Sanas is a well-suited place for you.

About The Role

We are looking for a Head of Developer Platform & SDK to own, build, and grow Sanas's developer business.

This is a technical builder + product role . You will own what we build, how developers experience it, and how we drive adoption.

You will work closely with fellow engineers. You should be comfortable designing APIs, writing code, building prototypes, talking to developers, and making product decisions.

What You'll Do

  • Own the strategy and roadmap for Sanas's APIs, SDKs, and Developer Platform.
  • Design simple, intuitive developer experiences for complex real-time speech AI technology.
  • Work directly with engineers to architect and ship platform capabilities.
  • Build prototypes, reference applications, integrations, and developer tooling yourself.
  • Own developer documentation, examples, quickstarts, API references, and onboarding.
  • Talk directly to developers and customers and turn feedback into product priorities.
  • Drive integrations across the voice and AI ecosystem, including platforms such as LiveKit and Pipecat.
  • Develop strategies to grow developer adoption and turn the platform into a meaningful business.
  • Establish metrics for developer acquisition, activation, retention, and usage.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong engineering background with the ability to code and build, not just manage.
  • Experience building APIs, SDKs, developer platforms, or developer-facing products.
  • Strong product judgment and ability to turn ambiguous problems into products.
  • Deep empathy for developers and a high bar for developer experience.
  • Comfortable with technologies such as Python/Rust/C++, Docker/Kubernetes, NVIDIA GPUs, APIs, WebSockets, WebRTC/RTP, and cloud/on-prem/on-device infrastructure.
  • Startup mentality: high agency, highly autonomous, hands-on, and willing to do whatever is needed to ship.
  • Experience with voice, audio, telephony, or real-time systems is a strong plus.

Requirements

Must-Haves

  • Strong engineering background with a track record of building and shipping developer-facing products.
  • Experience with APIs, SDKs, developer platforms, or infrastructure products.
  • Hands-on experience with on-premise or private-cloud deployments and enterprise infrastructure.
  • Strong product judgment and ability to translate ambiguous technical problems into simple developer experiences.
  • Excellent developer empathy and a high bar for APIs, documentation, tooling, and usability.
  • Comfortable working directly with customers and engineers to diagnose problems and drive solutions.
  • Willing and able to write code, prototype, and get hands-on when needed.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with real-time audio, voice, telephony, or WebRTC.
  • Experience deploying AI/ML inference systems in production, particularly GPU workloads.
  • Experience with Kubernetes, Helm, Triton, Terraform, or similar infrastructure tooling.
  • Experience with air-gapped or highly restricted enterprise environments.
  • Experience taking a developer platform from early stage to meaningful adoption and revenue.
  • Experience at a startup where you've operated across product, engineering, and customer-facing functions.
