How we know

It hasn't been reposted, listed twice, or left up unusually long, and the posting doesn't say it's a talent pool.

Ghostless records the day it first sees a posting, so a repost can't reset its age. This one was already up when Ghostless started tracking Metron, so its true age is longer.

Last checked Nov 4, 2026.

What the posting discloses

Not stated: Pay, real vacancy, AI screening.

Why these three

Ontario requires postings from employers with 25 or more staff to state the pay, whether the vacancy exists, and whether AI screens applicants.

Some employers add pay only on their own site. Check the original posting before you rule it out.

About Metron

Metron is an employee-owned company dedicated to delivering innovative solutions for the most challenging national security problems. For over 40 years, our principled approach to problem-solving has yielded creative solutions at the intersection of advanced mathematics, computer science, physics, and engineering. • Experience developing applications, services, or APIs, along with experience contributing to GUI/frontend application development
  • Strong engineering fundamentals, sound technical judgment, and the ability to collaborate effectively with researchers, engineers, and end users
  • U.S. CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED ; successful candidates will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information

Desired Qualifications

  • Active SECRET security clearance

  • Experience in defense, national security, or other mission-driven environments
  • Experience with TypeScript and React or other modern frontend development frameworks
  • Experience using Python, particularly for scientific computing, data processing, modeling and simulation, or transitioning research software into operational applications.
