How we know

It hasn't been reposted, listed twice, or left up unusually long, and the posting doesn't say it's a talent pool.

Ghostless records the day it first sees a posting, so a repost can't reset its age. This one was already up when Ghostless started tracking Anyone Ai, so its true age is longer.

Last checked Nov 4, 2026.

Anyone AI is recruiting experienced Python Software Engineers for a series of paid, project-based engagements with a leading AI lab .

You’ll work on clearly scoped software engineering projects involving real-world codebases and development challenges. Projects may include debugging, feature development, refactoring, migrations, testing, and technical review.

  • Backend or full-stack experience with production systems
  • Experience with testing frameworks such as pytest, Jest, JUnit, xUnit, or Go testing
  • Ability to confidently navigate and debug large, multi-file codebases
  • Experience with code reviews, refactoring, and production migrations
  • Advanced professional written proficiency in English
  • Strong attention to detail and technical problem-solving skills

  • Refactor and migrate existing systems
  • Develop and extend unit and integration test suites
  • Write clear technical specifications and reference implementations
  • Review code and technical submissions for correctness and quality
  • Identify edge cases, ambiguities, and potential failure modes
  • Validate that requirements, code, tests, and expected outputs are aligned

Projects are individually scoped, allowing contributors to take on work based on their availability and expertise .

You can choose projects according to your availability, manage your own schedule, use your own equipment, and continue working with other clients or employers, subject to any applicable contractual restrictions.

What Successful Work Looks Like

  • Production-quality code and technical solutions
