How we know
It hasn't been reposted, listed twice, or left up unusually long, and the posting doesn't say it's a talent pool.
Ghostless records the day it first sees a posting, so a repost can't reset its age. This one was already up when Ghostless started tracking C Serv, so its true age is longer.
Last checked Nov 4, 2026.

What the posting discloses
Not stated: Pay, real vacancy, AI screening.
Why these three
Ontario requires postings from employers with 25 or more staff to state the pay, whether the vacancy exists, and whether AI screens applicants.
Some employers add pay only on their own site. Check the original posting before you rule it out.

About the role
Help run a global network where performance and resilience really matter.
This is a chance to join a global, technology-led organization whose operations run on a data-intensive network spanning multiple regions. Speed, security, and resilience are non-negotiable here, and the Network Operations team in Houston plays a central part in keeping it that way.
As a Network Engineer, you’ll cover enterprise, data center, cloud-connected, security, and SD-WAN environments. The role balances day-to-day operations with infrastructure projects that move the platform forward. You’ll work alongside experienced senior engineers in a collaborative, practical team, own your outcomes, and grow your skills across a broad, modern technology stack.
What you’ll own
- Supporting, maintaining, and troubleshooting network infrastructure across WAN, LAN, wireless, data center, cloud, and security environments
- Monitoring daily data center operations, plus network availability, performance, health, and capacity across critical services
- Deploying, configuring, and monitoring routing, switching, firewall, and network security platforms
- Investigating incidents, contributing to root cause analysis, and driving the fixes that stop them happening again
- Contributing to hardware refreshes, migrations, and service improvement projects, and helping senior engineers introduce new technologies
- Keeping documentation, diagrams, standards, and procedures accurate and current
- Supporting security, resilience, compliance, and lifecycle management
- Partnering with vendors, service providers, and stakeholders across the business
- Taking part in an on-call rotation and occasional out-of-hours maintenance
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years in enterprise, data center, or service provider networking, with hands-on ownership of production infrastructure
- Strong routing and switching knowledge, including BGP, OSPF, VLANs, QoS, VPNs, and TCP/IP, plus solid firewall and security fundamentals
- Multi-vendor experience, ideally across platforms such as Cisco, Arista, Juniper, and Palo Alto
- Exposure to data center fabrics (VXLAN, EVPN, MLAG), SD-WAN, and Azure or other cloud connectivity
- Confidence with monitoring and observability tooling, and some scripting or automation to cut manual effort
- CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent vendor certifications, and a technical degree or equivalent practical experience
- Clear communication and the confidence to work in a global, multicultural team
- Ownership and reliability. When you pick something up, you see it through.
