How we know

It hasn't been reposted, listed twice, or left up unusually long, and the posting doesn't say it's a talent pool.

Ghostless records the day it first sees a posting, so a repost can't reset its age. This one was already up when Ghostless started tracking Domes Resorts, so its true age is longer.

Last checked Nov 4, 2026.

What it asks of you

1–2 years of experience
“1-2 years of experience in a security operations, IT security, or systems administration role with security responsibilities.” (quoted from the posting)

What the posting discloses

Not stated: Pay, real vacancy, AI screening.

Why these three

Ontario requires postings from employers with 25 or more staff to state the pay, whether the vacancy exists, and whether AI screens applicants.

Some employers add pay only on their own site. Check the original posting before you rule it out.

About the role

“Working with Domes is like being part of a family, it’s like coming home.”

Are you ready to become member of one of the fastest paced hospitality Group? Do you want to be part of a growing IT team?

At the Domes Resorts, as we expand with new Resort openings on an almost annual basis, our main goal is to create a unique environment for both our guests and our people.

By joining the Domes corporate & regional teams, you instantly play a vital role in our development, by assuming a position that will set you apart from the competition and allow you to develop meaningful relationships and grow personally and professionally, in a safe, strong, and sustainable environment.

Are you passionate about Cybersecurity or looking for a new challenge in the hospitality industry? Join our dynamic team at Domes Resorts and play a key role in supporting our IT team to safeguard our business operations. This multifaceted role seeks a Cybersecurity Analyst professional, being capable of identifying and mitigating security risks, monitoring systems for vulnerabilities and threats, and providing insights to guide data protection and compliance decisions across our hospitality technology environment. This position offers opportunities for growth and development in the specialized field of information security.

Cybersecurity Analyst

The role

We're looking for a hands-on Cybersecurity Analyst to support day-to-day security operations across a hybrid cloud and on premise environment. In this role, you'll work directly on threat detection, incident response, vulnerability management, and compliance execution, going beyond monitoring dashboards to actually close security gaps as they arise.

This is an individual contributor role designed for someone who wants real ownership from day one. You'll be hands-on across identity, endpoint, network, and cloud security, and will have a direct line to leadership to flag what's genuinely at risk versus what's under control.

Some of the responsibilities you will be entrusted with

  • Monitor and triage alerts across SIEM, EDR, and cloud security tooling, escalating and driving incidents through to resolution.
  • Own vulnerability management, including scanning, prioritization (based on CVSS, exploitability, and asset criticality), and remediation tracking.
  • Support identity and access reviews, focusing on least privilege, access recertification, and Zero Trust posture improvements.
  • Maintain and tune detection content aligned to MITRE ATT&CK, reducing false-positive noise over time.
  • Assist with control implementation and evidence collection for frameworks in scope (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF/800-53).
  • Participate in incident response, including evidence and log analysis, containment actions, and post-incident documentation.
  • Help maintain security policy and technical documentation, mapped to relevant controls.
  • Work across both on-premise and cloud infrastructure.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a security operations, IT security, or systems administration role with security responsibilities.
  • Working knowledge of at least one SIEM platform (e.g., Splunk, Sentinel, Elastic, or LogRhythm) and one EDR platform.
  • Comfortable working in both Linux and Windows environments; scripting ability in Python, PowerShell, or Bash is a plus.
  • Familiarity with IAM concepts, network fundamentals (firewalls, segmentation, VPN), and cloud security basics.
  • Exposure to at least one compliance framework (SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, or NIST); you don't need to be the compliance owner, but you should understand what "evidence" means in this context.
  • Relevant certifications are a plus but not required, such as Security+, GCIH, GSEC, CySA+, or a cloud security certification.

Benefits

Why This Role

  • Direct mentorship, with a fast path to broader ownership (architecture, incident response lead, compliance lead) as you prove yourself.
  • A small team where your work is visible and valued, rather than a cog-in-a-ticket-queue role within a large SOC.
  • Special rates for our staff members across the entire Domes Resorts portfolio.
  • We're an equal opportunity employer, committed to building our team on merit, with fair and consistent hiring practices regardless of race, gender, age, disability, sexual orientation, religion, or background.
  • Modern, hybrid working environment (flexibility where applicable).
  • Employee wellbeing initiatives and team-building activities.

Pay Transparency

All candidates invited to interview will be informed of the starting salary range for the role before their first interview. The starting salary is set within this range on the basis of objective, gender-neutral criteria related to the requirements of the role. In line with Greek Law 5316/2026 on pay transparency, we will not ask about your current or previous salary at any stage of the selection process. All information provided to candidates will be made available in a format accessible to persons with disabilities, taking into account their specific needs.

Equal Opportunity and Equal Pay

Domes Resorts is an equal opportunity and equal pay employer. We believe in building a diverse team and nurturing an inclusive, people-first culture where everyone can grow and belong. We are committed to equal pay for equal work or work of equal value, and to non-discrimination on any ground, including gender, gender identity or characteristics, sexual orientation, age, disability or chronic illness, race, colour, national or ethnic origin, descent, religious or other beliefs, family or social status, or any other ground protected under applicable law.

All applications will be handled in strict confidentiality.
