How we know

It hasn't been reposted, listed twice, or left up unusually long, and the posting doesn't say it's a talent pool.

Ghostless records the day it first sees a posting, so a repost can't reset its age. This one was already up when Ghostless started tracking Upflow, so its true age is longer.

Last checked Nov 1, 2026.

About Upflow

Upflow is the Financial Relationship Management (FRM) platform that helps B2B finance teams collect smarter and get paid by their customers faster, with AI agents working alongside the team.

Today, the order-to-cash process is mission critical for businesses, yet it remains fragmented across tools, teams, and workflows. Upflow brings this entire process into one system — four products covering the cycle from invoice to cash (Insights, Collections, Payments, and Cash Application), with AI agents that work alongside the team and a shared intelligence layer underneath.

We serve 500+ companies across 30+ countries, including Vercel, Lattice, and Productboard, and are backed by leading investors including Y Combinator, Hedosophia, Hexa, and Lorimer. With teams across the US and Europe, we're building a category-defining company at the intersection of finance, payments, and AI.

Recruitment Process

1 - Screening call

It’s a discussion with your future manager. We’ll get deeper into your expertise and know-how. We’ll also give you a clearer view of what your day-to-day in that role is like. It’s a good opportunity to see if you foresee yourself working at Upflow.

2 - Take home assignment

It’s a coding exercise that can only be completed successfully with the help of AI. In addition to delivering working software that meets the requirements, you’ll be evaluated on your product and architectural decisions.

3 - Technical interview

In this interview, we’ll review your take-home assignment and discuss how you approach designing scalable systems and making architectural decisions.

4 - Meet the team!

You’ll also meet up with at least two other peers so you can foresee yourself as part of this team.

5 - Founder interview

Meet with Alex (co-founder & CEO). He will tell you everything about Upflow’s vision and values. It’s a privileged moment to ask questions, too.

6 - Alignment and offer

If the team meetings go well on both sides, we’ll invite you to this final step. Getting here means we both see a strong fit and believe Upflow is a place where you can grow and shine over the next few years. We’ll align on how you’ll join us (role scope, start date, package), and if we’re all on the same page, we’ll extend you an offer!

Diversity & Inclusion

At Upflow, we are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace. We encourage all individuals to apply, even if you don’t meet every qualification. Research shows that some candidates may hesitate to apply unless they meet every requirement. However, we believe that a variety of experiences and perspectives can bring value beyond the listed qualifications. If you’re excited about what we do and feel you could contribute, we want to hear from you.
