How we know

It hasn't been reposted, listed twice, or left up unusually long, and the posting doesn't say it's a talent pool.

Ghostless records the day it first sees a posting, so a repost can't reset its age. This one was already up when Ghostless started tracking Granola, so its true age is longer.

Last checked Nov 1, 2026.

What the posting discloses

Not stated: Pay, real vacancy, AI screening.

Why these three

Ontario requires postings from employers with 25 or more staff to state the pay, whether the vacancy exists, and whether AI screens applicants.

Some employers add pay only on their own site. Check the original posting before you rule it out.

About Us

We're Team Granola 👋

Granola is an AI-powered notepad for people in back-to-back meetings. What started as a better way to take notes has become a shared workspace that helps teams capture, organize, and act on what matters.

We're building a product people genuinely love and are fortunate to work with many of the world's most ambitious companies. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a GTM Systems Lead to build the systems and data foundation that Sales, CS and leadership run on.

About the Role

We’re hiring a GTM Systems Lead to own the technology behind Granola’s commercial team as we scale.

You’ll design, build and run the systems our Sales and CS teams rely on. Our current stack has served us well, but it needs to evolve as the team grows. You’ll take responsibility for how the tools fit together, what we build versus buy, and how information flows between them.

This is a hands-on role. You’ll set the direction of the stack and implement the technical changes that make it work. You’ll work closely with Sales, CS and Data, and report to the Head of RevOps. You won’t be limited to administering a CRM or building isolated automations: you’ll own how the whole system works.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and evolve the GTM stack. Decide how our Sales and CS systems should fit together, what to build versus buy, and what to prioritise as we grow.
  • Own the technical architecture of our CRM, Attio. Shape its data model, objects, workflows and integrations. You’ll be hands-on with configuration, particularly early on, but routine admin won’t be the sole focus of the role.
  • Build and maintain integrations. Make data flow reliably across Attio and our wider toolset, including Apollo, Cal.com , Tally and Polytomic, and into the data systems used by the wider business.
  • Own the wider toolset. Assess new tools and vendors, improve or replace what isn’t working, and make sure the stack is useful, reliable and cost-conscious.
  • Find opportunities for automation and AI. Identify work that could be made easier for Sales and CS, and build or collaborate on solutions where they fit the priorities of the stack.
  • Keep systems dependable. Troubleshoot problems, establish sensible governance and documentation, and partner with IT on access and security.
  • Understand how teams work. Get close to Sales and CS workflows so the systems you build solve real problems, not just technical ones.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience designing, building and owning systems used by a growing commercial team. Relevant hands-on experience matters more to us than a particular number of years or experience with a specific CRM.
  • Sound judgement about system architecture, priorities and build-versus-buy decisions—and the ability to explain those decisions to non-technical colleagues.
  • Technical depth beyond administering tools: you’ve built integrations and are comfortable working with APIs, webhooks and code. Experience with SQL, Python or JavaScript would be useful.
  • An understanding of CRM data models, routing, enrichment and the operational work needed to keep data flowing reliably.
  • A willingness to get into the weeds. You’re comfortable doing the implementation yourself while also thinking about how the stack should develop over time.
  • Curiosity about AI-powered GTM workflows, with experience building them a plus rather than a prerequisite.
  • A collaborative, low-ego approach. You can work through messy requests with Sales, CS and Data, challenge assumptions constructively, and ship solutions people can use.
  • You don’t need to have used Attio or every tool in our stack. We’re more interested in what you’ve built, how you think about systems, and how you’d apply that experience here.

About the Opportunity

We are living in the most exciting time for tool builders since Engelbart's demo in 1968 and we want to assemble the best crew to build this future together. Our compensation philosophy is to hire the best people in the market and pay them accordingly with salary, variable, and equity.

Lastly, we think amazing talent comes from all kinds of life journeys and experiences. If what is written above speaks to you, whether you look like a fit on paper or not, please reach out.
