How we know

It hasn't been reposted, listed twice, or left up unusually long, and the posting doesn't say it's a talent pool.

Ghostless records the day it first sees a posting, so a repost can't reset its age. This one was already up when Ghostless started tracking Coldquanta, so its true age is longer.

Last checked Nov 4, 2026.

“Government security clearance (Secret or higher).” (quoted from the posting)
6+ years of experience
“Minimum of 6+ years of experience in engineering roles supporting aerospace or spaceflight systems.” (quoted from the posting)

What the posting discloses

Not stated: Pay, real vacancy, AI screening.

Why these three

Ontario requires postings from employers with 25 or more staff to state the pay, whether the vacancy exists, and whether AI screens applicants.

Some employers add pay only on their own site. Check the original posting before you rule it out.

About the role

Infleqtion is a global quantum technology company solving the world’s most challenging problems. The company harnesses quantum mechanics to build and integrate quantum computers, sensors, and networks. From fundamental physics to leading edge commercial products, Infleqtion enables “quantum everywhere” through our ecosystem of devices and platforms.

We are seeking a technically exceptional and mission-driven Lead Systems Engineer to lead the end-to-end technical execution of a cutting-edge terrestrial gravity sensing development and productization program. As the technical authority, you will ensure that all engineering activities align with mission objectives, meet customer requirements, and integrate effectively across disciplines. The LSE will partner with project and portfolio leadership and help build a capable R&D and productization team with the mission of deploying quantum gravity and gravity gradiometer sensors in diverse terrestrial environments, including subsurface, surface, and airborne vehicles.
