How we know
It hasn't been reposted, listed twice, or left up unusually long, and the posting doesn't say it's a talent pool.
Ghostless records the day it first sees a posting, so a repost can't reset its age. This one was already up when Ghostless started tracking Maker Lab, so its true age is longer.
Last checked Nov 1, 2026.

What the posting discloses
Not stated: Pay, real vacancy, AI screening.
Why these three
Ontario requires postings from employers with 25 or more staff to state the pay, whether the vacancy exists, and whether AI screens applicants.
Some employers add pay only on their own site. Check the original posting before you rule it out.

Maker Lab’s cross-functional teams of multidisciplinary specialists are embedded into client teams across digital marketing competencies — from measurement & analytics to content production.

Role
- Own IT infrastructure and security policy group-wide, across all regional markets and delivery hubs
- Manage enterprise AI tool and enterprise tool licensing, access controls and usage monitoring across all embedded teams
- Build and maintain the company AI policy, including human-in-the-loop safeguards, workflow audits and tool usage reporting standards, applied consistently across every client account
- Build and maintain the company’s data privacy policy, ensuring data privacy compliance across all tools and platforms
- Set data governance standards for country and account teams to implement locally across India, Singapore and other APAC delivery hubs
- Own group-level compliance across enterprise client relationships, including data residency, cross-border data transfer and client-specific security requirements
- Partner with the AI Strategy & Implementation Manager to evaluate new AI tools before they enter the tested toolset, maintaining tool-agnostic governance as new tools are added
- Manage security incidents, as well as access provisioning and revocation, across a distributed, multi-market talent bench
- Act as the central point of contact for client security and compliance audits across all accounts
- Maintain and audit data governance and security across all external tools
You
- BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Security or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years’ experience in IT management, information security or data governance, ideally operating across multiple markets or business units
- Working knowledge of AI tool risk assessment, including prompt injection, data leakage and model access controls
- Proven experience building group-wide policy that is implemented consistently across regional or country teams
- Comfortable acting as the governance backbone for a fast-moving, embedded-team business model at scale
- Prior experience in a services, agency or in-house marketing environment is a plus
