How we know

It hasn't been reposted, listed twice, or left up unusually long, and the posting doesn't say it's a talent pool.

Ghostless records the day it first sees a posting, so a repost can't reset its age. This one was already up when Ghostless started tracking Paxton Access, so its true age is longer.

Last checked Nov 1, 2026.

What it asks of you

40+ years of experience
“We're a global brand with nearly 40 years of experience; our team of over 400 employees is spread around the world.” (quoted from the posting)

What the posting discloses

Not stated: Pay, real vacancy, AI screening.

Why these three

Ontario requires postings from employers with 25 or more staff to state the pay, whether the vacancy exists, and whether AI screens applicants.

Some employers add pay only on their own site. Check the original posting before you rule it out.

About the role

Join our Hardware Test team based in Brighton, where you'll be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability and performance of our products. You'll design, maintain and optimise production test equipment, developing innovative automated test solutions that support both new product introduction and ongoing manufacturing operations.

  • Develop, deploy and maintain production test systems for both new and existing hardware products using LabVIEW and JTAG Boundary Scan technologies.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to deliver the product development roadmap and design, build and validate in-house test equipment for our product range.
  • Support manufacturing operations by investigating production faults, diagnosing root causes and resolving issues through component-level fault finding and analysis.
  • Translate technical requirements and design briefs into practical, effective testing and engineering solutions.
  • Create and maintain clear technical documentation to support product development, testing activities and manufacturing processes.
  • Manage assigned projects and tasks to ensure delivery within agreed timescales, budgets and quality standards.

What can you expect from this role?

  • Must have experience with LabVIEW and building automated test systems.
  • Experience with electronics testing, test jig development, fault diagnosis and troubleshooting to component level.
  • A positive, organised and adaptable team player with excellent communication skills and a methodical approach to problem solving.

The right attitude is more important to us than your skills or experience. If you’re excited about a role but your existing experience doesn’t match up with every element of the job description, we encourage you to apply anyway .

We want to collaborate with you and hear your ideas, most of all, we want people to enjoy the journey with us. Take a look at what our team thinks of working here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8WH7Pi3--zc
