How we know

It hasn't been reposted, listed twice, or left up unusually long, and the posting doesn't say it's a talent pool.

Ghostless records the day it first sees a posting, so a repost can't reset its age. This one was already up when Ghostless started tracking Prevail, so its true age is longer.

Last checked Nov 4, 2026.

What the posting discloses

Not stated: Pay, real vacancy, AI screening.

Why these three

Ontario requires postings from employers with 25 or more staff to state the pay, whether the vacancy exists, and whether AI screens applicants.

Some employers add pay only on their own site. Check the original posting before you rule it out.

About the role

About Prevail Partners

Prevail Partners is a leading British intelligence, security and operational support company. We help governments, NGOs and commercial organisations operate safely and effectively in some of the world's most complex environments by combining intelligence, technology and operational expertise. Our teams deliver actionable insight that helps clients manage risk, make informed decisions and achieve meaningful operational impact where it matters most.

Our shared mission is to deliver unrelenting excellence in everything we do, underpinned by integrity, curiosity, accountability and care.

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Residential Security Team (RST) Operators to support an Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) family and their associated properties in London.

This is a London-based position, ideally suited to consultants who reside within a reasonable commuting distance of Knightsbridge. Please note that accommodation is not provided as part of this role. The role operates on a shift rotation pattern and may require travel throughout the UK, including occasional overnight stays, in line with operational requirements. We are looking for individuals who are professional, reliable and presentable, take pride in their appearance, and have a genuine commitment to service excellence and client care.

Working as part of a wider protective security team, you will help maintain the safety and security of residential properties, estates, family vehicles, family members and visitors, while proactively identifying risks and vulnerabilities. The role requires an understanding of the unique demands of working within a private family environment, including the ability to maintain a reassuring security presence without becoming intrusive.

There may also be occasional requirements to support or substitute into Close Protection Officer duties, where appropriately qualified and where client needs dictate.

Due to the responsive nature of the role, applicants must have sufficient availability to undertake assignments as they arise and should not have competing commitments that could affect their ability to mobilise quickly. Success in this role will require discretion, respect for client privacy, sound judgement, attention to detail and the ability to build trust while maintaining clear professional boundaries.

Above all, we are seeking individuals who share our commitment to delivering discreet, professional and unrelenting excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the security and integrity of residential properties and surrounding areas.
  • Conduct regular patrols and security checks.
  • Monitor access control procedures and manage visitor movements.
  • Maintain vigilance and awareness of potential security threats.
  • Support family movements and residential operations as required.
  • Assist with incident response and emergency procedures.
  • Liaise professionally with household staff, contractors and visitors.
  • Produce accurate reports and incident documentation.
  • Support wider security operations and protective security planning.
  • Uphold strict confidentiality and professional standards at all times.

Requirements

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience within residential security, protective security, military, police or related sectors.
  • Experience working within UHNW, private household or luxury service environments preferred.
  • Full UK driving licence with a clean driving record.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent situational awareness and observational abilities.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, travel and stay away from home when required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Impeccable references and professional reputation.

Desirable Skills and Experience

  • SIA Door Supervisor or Close Protection Licence.
  • First Aid qualification.
  • Experience supporting protective security operations.
  • Experience operating within family offices or private residential environments.

Benefits

Prevail Partners believes in recognising and rewarding our people. Our benefits package is designed to support your wellbeing, professional development, and life beyond work. Consultants engaged on this project will benefit from a range of deployment-related support and amenities, including

  • Access to on-site amenities, including a kitchenette with fridge/freezer facilities for meal preparation.
  • Access to shower and changing facilities.
  • Opportunity to work alongside highly experienced professionals within a unique and rewarding operational environment.
