How we know

It hasn't been reposted, listed twice, or left up unusually long, and the posting doesn't say it's a talent pool.

Ghostless records the day it first sees a posting, so a repost can't reset its age.

Last checked Nov 4, 2026.

What it asks of you

3–5 years of experience
“Experience: 3-5 years of experience in process automation, with hands-on expertise in agentic automation, Power Platform, or a related technical role.” (quoted from the posting)

What the posting discloses

Not stated: Pay, real vacancy, AI screening.

Why these three

Ontario requires postings from employers with 25 or more staff to state the pay, whether the vacancy exists, and whether AI screens applicants.

Some employers add pay only on their own site. Check the original posting before you rule it out.

About the role

COMPANY OVERVIEW

We exist to make food the world loves. But we do more than that. Our company is a place that prioritizes being a force for good, a place to expand learning, explore new perspectives and reimagine new possibilities, every day. We look for people who want to bring their best — bold thinkers with big hearts who challenge one another and grow together. Because becoming the undisputed leader in food means surrounding ourselves with people who are hungry for what’s next.

OVERVIEW

  • Join Digital & Technology (D&T) Intelligent Automation team at General Mills India Centre for role D&T Intelligent Automation Engineer I and help transform how teams across finance, supply chain, and other business functions work.
  • You will be responsible to design, build, and enhancing scalable automation solutions using Agentic automation, Microsoft Power Platform, and emerging platforms such as Automation Anywhere and ServiceNow.
  • Working closely with business stakeholders, the Intelligent Automation Center of Excellence, and global technology teams, you will turn business needs into reliable solutions that deliver measurable impact.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Evaluate opportunities to incorporate Agentic AI orchestration (e.g., AI agents, prompt-driven workflows, agentic automation etc.) into existing GMI AI/Agentic capabilities to extend automation beyond deterministic and rule-based flows.
  • Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into technical designs, following IA development standards and guidelines.
  • Design, develop, and maintain workflow automations using Power Automate (cloud flows, approvals, integrations) to streamline business processes.
  • Build and support Power Apps (canvas and model-driven) solutions to digitize forms and business processes.
  • Design, configure, and manage SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and workflows, including data migrations and site administration.
  • Administer and govern the broader Power Platform environment — monitoring usage, ownership, licensing, and health of existing flows, apps, and sites.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues on live automations; adhere to support SLAs and keep-the-lights-on (KTLO) commitments.
  • Create and maintain solution documentation, including design docs, test scenarios, and support runbooks.
  • Manage automation requests end-to-end — intake, scoping, development, testing (UAT), deployment, and change control.
  • Support platform health reporting and inventory tracking for Power Automate/Power Apps assets across the organization.
  • Contribute to legacy technology migrations (e.g., InfoPath deprecation) by assessing impact and coordinating remediation.
  • Collaborate with global and cross-functional stakeholders, and coordinate priorities via tools like SezrviceNow, ADO, and Teams.
