How we know

It hasn't been reposted, listed twice, or left up unusually long, and the posting doesn't say it's a talent pool.

Ghostless records the day it first sees a posting, so a repost can't reset its age.

Last checked Nov 4, 2026.

What the posting discloses

Not stated: Pay, real vacancy, AI screening.

Why these three

Ontario requires postings from employers with 25 or more staff to state the pay, whether the vacancy exists, and whether AI screens applicants.

Some employers add pay only on their own site. Check the original posting before you rule it out.

About the role

SAEKI - Autonomous factories for the free world

SAEKI builds autonomous factories for the free world. Born in Switzerland and scaling from our factory in Munich, we deliver the most demanding mission-critical parts at a speed and volume traditional suppliers cannot match. Our software learns from every part we make and carries that knowledge into every machine and every factory we add. We are building the industrial base that ensures the free world outbuilds any rival.

We build factories that learn. We sell tangible parts, not software: every part we make produces data on design, cost, process and quality. Our bet is that a factory which learns from that data makes each next part faster, better and with fewer people, and that what one factory learns, every new factory applies.

The Role

You own the learn and apply steps of our knowledge loop: you say what data the key bet needs and turn it into decisions that engineers and operators use every week. Concretely, you will

  • Identify the key bet: the decision in our factory, from quoting to quality, where learning from data pays off most
  • Define, with our software engineers, what data we capture from day one
  • Build the first learning-factory MVP yourself and put it in front of engineers and operators within weeks
  • Decide what to build, what to buy and when a model is good enough to trust
  • Show the company and our investors, with numbers, that the factory is learning
  • Grow into the AI Lead role once your MVPs are proven

What We're Looking For

  • Several years shipping ML or LLM systems that real users depended on
  • Stack: Strong Python, SQL and data engineering; comfortable from raw data to deployed tool
  • Experience starting from zero data: you have designed what to capture and then built a tool on it
  • Pragmatism: you use whatever method works, from a rule to an agent, judged by what helps the operator in front of you
  • Curiosity for the physical world: you want to stand next to the machine and understand the operator's decision
  • Clear writing and the ability to explain results and their limits
  • Bonus: manufacturing, additive, CNC, CAD or geometry data; early-stage startup experience
  • Language: English. German is a plus for shop-floor conversations.
  • On-site: Ability to work in person at Zurich, Switzerland, with regular time on the shop floor at Factory ONE in Munich, Germany.

What we're not looking for

  • Researchers without a user: every model you build here has a factory user, or it is dropped
  • Someone who needs clean data, a platform and a team before they can ship
  • Someone who wants to manage first and build later: the lead role is earned by proven MVPs
  • Generic ERP, MES or QMS feature work, or machine interaction: other teams own these

What we offer

  • Mission: Rebuild the industrial sovereignty of the free world. What your systems learn in Factory ONE, every next factory applies.
  • The Environment: A real factory as your lab, with direct access to the people who run it, and ownership of the core of SAEKI's value proposition from day one.
  • The Team: A small, generalist Manufacturing Intelligence team that ships, reporting to the VP of Manufacturing Intelligence.
  • Compensation: Competitive salary + equity.
  • Location: Zurich HQ

Apply

  • Resume: Focus on systems you shipped that real users relied on, and what happened to them after launch.
  • Cover letter: Why this mission? Why now? What would you build first?
