How we know

It hasn't been reposted, listed twice, or left up unusually long, and the posting doesn't say it's a talent pool.

Ghostless records the day it first sees a posting, so a repost can't reset its age.

Last checked Nov 3, 2026.

What the posting discloses

Not stated: Pay, real vacancy, AI screening.

Why these three

Ontario requires postings from employers with 25 or more staff to state the pay, whether the vacancy exists, and whether AI screens applicants.

Some employers add pay only on their own site. Check the original posting before you rule it out.

About Unity Advisory

Unity Advisory is a modern advisory business built for today's CFO, with connected solutions across finance, deals and tax. Focussed on client outcomes, seasoned experts lead every engagement, in an operating model powered by AI and free from audit conflict.

The Role

As a Manager in the Deals team, you'll play a hands-on role delivering the analytics that sit behind every client recommendation — from due diligence through to post-deal value creation. You'll work closely with Managers, Senior Managers and Partners on live transactions and value capture projects, building the models, dashboards and analysis that drives high value decisions.

Deals covers Deal Readiness, Value Creation, Decision Support and Reporting Insights. This role also supports our FDD team as we build out data and analytics work alongside more traditional diligence reporting. You'll get exposure to live transactions early and be trusted with real client-facing work sooner than you typically would at a larger firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Turn raw client data into clean, structured datasets ready for analysis.
  • Build and maintain financial models, data extracts and dashboards for buy-side and sell-side diligence engagements.
  • Support exit readiness reviews by pulling together data on KPIs, business plans and the underlying data landscape.
  • Carry out profitability analysis (customer, product, pricing) to help identify value creation opportunities.
  • Prepare forecasting, scenario and sensitivity analysis under the guidance of Managers and Senior Managers.
  • Help build reporting and dashboard tools that give clients clear visibility of performance.
  • Apply AI and LLM tools to speed up and sharpen analysis.
  • Support day-to-day project delivery, working closely with colleagues across the Deals team.
  • Prepare slides and materials that turn analysis into clear points for client meetings.

Qualifications

  • Ideally, some hands-on experience in a deals, transaction services or analytics-focused role.
  • Equally, we're keen to hear from academically strong candidates who've completed ACA (ICAEW or ICAS) with first-time passes, even without direct deals experience.
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and providing outputs in Excel financial models, or other analytics tool.
  • Good grounding in data analysis, with a genuine interest in deals and transactions.
  • Strong attention to detail and confidence checking your own work under time pressure.
  • Curious about AI and LLM tools and keen to apply them to real client work.
  • Desirable: exposure to SQL, Python, Power BI, Alteryx or similar analytics/visualisation tools.

Work Environment

We offer hybrid, flexible working, and you'll be joining a small, flat-structured Deals team where your work is visible from day one. You'll get direct exposure to Partners and live transactions much earlier than in a typical graduate or associate role, and a real hand in shaping how a new kind of advisory firm puts AI and data to work in deals.

Additional Information

We are committed to an inclusive and accessible recruitment process. Please let us know if you need any reasonable adjustments or support when applying or arranging your interview.

We do not accept unsolicited CVs from third-party agencies.
