How we know

It hasn't been reposted, listed twice, or left up unusually long, and the posting doesn't say it's a talent pool.

Ghostless records the day it first sees a posting, so a repost can't reset its age.

Last checked Nov 3, 2026.

This role is for a skilled ServiceNow HR Service Delivery Developer who is responsible for the full solution development lifecycle, from initial design to final deployment. The focus is on core system and service-specific integrations to enhance our HR Service Delivery platform.

Responsibilities

  • Architect, design, and configure scalable solutions within the ServiceNow HRSD module, including Case & Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, and Lifecycle Events.
  • Implement and maintain integrations between ServiceNow HRSD and various HR solutions. Work with other system owners to coordinate integration requirements and development.
  • Optimize HR processes using tools like Flow Designer, Business Rules, and ServiceNow APIs to meet business requirements and enhance efficiency.
  • Serve as a technical advisor by providing guidance on solution feasibility, trade-offs, and potential risks. Partner with internal HR teams to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.
  • Design, develop, and implement AI-enabled HR service delivery solutions using ServiceNow Now Assist, AI Agents, and other generative AI capabilities to enhance employee self-service, streamline HR workflows, and improve HR case resolution.
  • Assess the long-term scalability and sustainability of proposed designs, providing clear recommendations to ensure solutions are robust and maintainable.
  • Collaborate with our IT partners on any issues that impact the broader ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide governance, security, and system architecture.
  • Conduct comprehensive unit testing and maintain detailed documentation for all configurations and deployments.
  • Facilitate effective knowledge transfer sessions with internal teams to ensure they can maintain, support, and troubleshoot new configurations and integrations.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration, with a strong focus on HR Service Delivery (HRSD). Proven expertise in architecting and implementing HRSD solutions, managing HR profiles, and automating processes is essential.
  • ServiceNow HRSD certification is required.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, and JSON for ServiceNow scripting.

  • Experience using AI coding assistants and adapting and transferring SPP vibe-coded solutions into a ServiceNow environment would be an advantage.
  • Experience working in a multi-instance development stream (Dev/Test/Stage/Prod) and collaborating with diverse stakeholders across various time zones.
