How we know
It hasn't been reposted, listed twice, or left up unusually long, and the posting doesn't say it's a talent pool.
Ghostless records the day it first sees a posting, so a repost can't reset its age.

Not stated: Pay, real vacancy, AI screening.
Why these three
Ontario requires postings from employers with 25 or more staff to state the pay, whether the vacancy exists, and whether AI screens applicants.
Some employers add pay only on their own site. Check the original posting before you rule it out.

That’s why we’re expanding access to make it easier to get started. We partner with experienced investment managers to provide investors with a wide range of opportunities across real estate, venture capital, private equity, art, short-term notes, and more. All of our offerings are curated and vetted by our team to help investors diversify away from the stock market.

- Build and maintain features across our consumer web applications and internal tools
- Translate Figma designs into reusable, accessible React components using our MUI-based design system
- Write unit tests alongside your code and participate in code reviews - both giving and receiving feedback

Qualifications
- Solid foundations in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS - through work experience, internships, bootcamps, or substantial personal projects
- Hands-on experience with React (hooks, functional components) and an interest in writing type-safe code with TypeScript
- Experience working with AI coding tools and workflows - Claude Code, Codex, GitHub Copilot, n8n – and the judgment to review and verify what they produce
- Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows (branches, pull requests, reviews)
- An eye for detail when translating UX/UI designs into working interfaces
- Good problem-solving skills and the humility to ask questions early
- Good collaborative and communication skills
- Familiarity with Agile ways of working
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with our stack: Redux Toolkit / RTK Query, Material UI (MUI), Jest + React Testing Library, React Router
- Exposure to monorepo tooling (pnpm, Turborepo) or modern build tools (Vite, Gatsby)
- Understanding of consuming REST APIs and client-side data fetching/caching patterns
- Awareness of web accessibility (a11y) and responsive design principles
