How we know

It hasn't been reposted, listed twice, or left up unusually long, and the posting doesn't say it's a talent pool.

Ghostless records the day it first sees a posting, so a repost can't reset its age.

Last checked Nov 3, 2026.

What the posting discloses

Not stated: Pay, real vacancy, AI screening.

Why these three

Ontario requires postings from employers with 25 or more staff to state the pay, whether the vacancy exists, and whether AI screens applicants.

Some employers add pay only on their own site. Check the original posting before you rule it out.

What you’ll do

We’re looking for a strong Lead .NET Developer to take complete technical ownership of building brand-new, customer-facing web platforms and digital applications for an established multi-site enterprise organisation. You will act as the principal technical authority and lead on the project, guiding architecture, setting engineering standards, and driving end-to-end delivery alongside product and technical stakeholders.

  • Lead the technical direction and architecture for greenfield websites and digital applications from inception through to deployment.
  • Drive the hands-on engineering using modern .NET and C#, establishing robust coding standards, design patterns, and engineering best practices.
  • Lead the implementation and integration of Optimizely CMS / DXP to power responsive, intuitive web experiences.
  • Guide and mentor delivery teams, conducting thorough code reviews and resolving technical blockers to ensure high-quality software delivery.
  • Partner with Product Owners, UX/UI designers, and client commercial stakeholders to translate business goals into actionable technical solutions and sprint roadmaps.
  • Ensure the end solution meets high benchmarks for performance, accessibility, security, and scalability.

What you’ll bring

  • Proven track record operating as a Lead Developer or Technical Lead, guiding project architecture and engineering teams on enterprise web builds.
  • Deep, hands-on development expertise in modern .NET (.NET Core / .NET 6+) and C#.
  • Strong commercial experience implementing, configuring, and extending Optimizely (formerly Episerver) CMS / DXP solutions.
  • Solid understanding of modern web architectures, API design (RESTful services), headless setups, and cloud hosting environments (Azure preferred).
  • Extensive experience working within Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum/Kanban), driving sprint delivery and backlog management.
  • Superb stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical strategy to both technical and commercial audiences.
