How we know

It hasn't been reposted, listed twice, or left up unusually long, and the posting doesn't say it's a talent pool.

Ghostless records the day it first sees a posting, so a repost can't reset its age.

Last checked Nov 4, 2026.

What the posting discloses

Not stated: Pay, real vacancy, AI screening.

Why these three

Ontario requires postings from employers with 25 or more staff to state the pay, whether the vacancy exists, and whether AI screens applicants.

Some employers add pay only on their own site. Check the original posting before you rule it out.

About the role

Company Description

Grab is Southeast Asia's leading superapp. From getting your favourite meals delivered to helping you manage your finances and getting around town hassle-free, we've got your back with everything. In Grab, purpose gives us joy and habits build excellence, while harnessing the power of Technology and AI to deliver the mission of driving Southeast Asia forward by economically empowering everyone, with heart, hunger, honour, and humility.

Job Description

We're hiring a hands-on Salesforce Developer to build features on our Sales Cloud and Service Cloud platform. You will take clearly defined user stories and turn them into working, tested, production-ready code. Senior engineers and your manager will guide you, and you will learn quickly how we design, review and release changes. You will work with business analysts, QA, architects and product owners in agile sprints.

What you'll do

  • Build features with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Flows from defined stories, delivering them on time each sprint.
  • Write correct, modular code with automated tests, keeping coverage well above the platform minimum.
  • Help build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and internal or external systems using REST APIs, Platform Events and Named Credentials, under senior guidance.
  • Work on Service Cloud features such as case management, routing and SLAs.
  • Ship changes through our GitLab and Salesforce CLI CI/CD pipeline across multiple sandboxes, following release and pre/post-deployment checklists.
  • Take part in code reviews, both giving and getting feedback, and follow secure coding and governor-limit best practices.
  • Debug and fix production issues and support tickets within agreed timelines, and escalate early when you're blocked.
  • Join backlog grooming and sprint planning: estimate your own stories, ask clarifying questions and raise risks.
  • Use AI coding tools to work faster, and help with Agentforce/AI proofs of concept when they come up.
  • Work with business analysts and stake holders to understand requirements, clarify acceptance criteria and support UAT.
  • Write and update technical documentation, such as design notes, deployment steps and runbooks for the features you build.
  • Find and fix performance problems such as slow queries, heavy page loads and governor-limit errors.
  • Help with data tasks such as migrations, data loads and clean-ups, using Data Loader or Bulk API.
  • Keep the code base clean by refactoring legacy code and paying down technical debt in the areas you work on.
  • Keep learning the Salesforce platform and its new releases, and share what you learn with the team.

Qualifications

Must have

  • 3–6 years of software development experience, including at least 3–4 years of hands-on Salesforce development.
  • Strong skills in Apex (triggers, async Apex), SOQL, LWC and Flows.
  • Good knowledge of Sales Cloud and the Salesforce security model.
  • Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
  • Experience with Git and sandbox-based deployments.
  • Good debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • Clear communication skills, and comfortable working with regional stakeholders.

Good to have

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Platform Developer II is a plus).
  • Experience with Service Cloud, Agentforce or Data Cloud.
  • Experience with GitLab CI/CD.
