How we know

It hasn't been reposted, listed twice, or left up unusually long, and the posting doesn't say it's a talent pool.

Ghostless records the day it first sees a posting, so a repost can't reset its age.

Last checked Nov 4, 2026.

What the posting discloses

Not stated: Pay, real vacancy, AI screening.

Why these three

Ontario requires postings from employers with 25 or more staff to state the pay, whether the vacancy exists, and whether AI screens applicants.

Some employers add pay only on their own site. Check the original posting before you rule it out.

Job Description & Summary

Practice Description

Our Cyber, Risk & Regulatory practice helps organizations understand and manage risks arising from technology, digital transformation and an increasingly complex regulatory environment.

We work with clients to answer practical questions such as: Are our critical systems and processes sufficiently protected? Are the right controls and responsibilities in place? How can we meet regulatory expectations? And how should we manage emerging risks from areas such as cloud, third parties or AI?

As an intern, you will support project teams across different areas of Cyber, gain exposure to real client challenges and learn how consultants structure problems, assess risks and turn analysis into practical recommendations.

Core Activities: " What you'll be working On"

  • Support real client projects: Help project teams research business and technology topics, analyze information and structure findings.
  • Understand how organizations manage risk: Support reviews of processes, controls and documentation to identify risks or areas for improvement.
  • Turn information into useful insights: Help summarize research, benchmark approaches and translate detailed information into clear conclusions.
  • Prepare client-ready outputs: Support presentations, reports, meeting materials and other project deliverables.
  • Learn directly from project teams: Join meetings, interviews and workshops to understand how client problems are discussed and solved.
  • Explore different areas of Cyber: Gain exposure to topics such as cyber risk, governance, Responsible AI, resilience, security and technology assurance.
  • Build your consulting toolkit: Develop your research, analytical, communication and presentation skills through hands-on project work and feedback.

Key Skills: "What you need to have"

We are looking for students who are curious and eager to learn. Your background can be in business, engineering, technology, economics, law or another analytical field; prior cybersecurity experience is not required.

You should enjoy understanding new topics, working with information and breaking complex questions into clear conclusions. Strong research, analytical and communication skills are important, as well as the ability to work carefully with documents, data and presentations.

You should also be comfortable working in teams, taking ownership of assigned tasks and asking the right questions when something is unclear. Strong English is required; German or Dutch language skills are particularly valuable. Previous internship, project or student-organization experience is a plus, but we mainly look for potential, curiosity and a willingness to learn.

Knowledge Exposure: "What you'll build expertise in"

During your internship, you will learn how consulting teams approach real client problems, how organizations manage cyber or technology risks, and how analysis is turned into practical recommendations. You will build core consulting skills while gaining exposure to different areas of Cyber, helping you identify where you may want to develop your career.
