How we know

It hasn't been reposted, listed twice, or left up unusually long, and the posting doesn't say it's a talent pool.

Ghostless records the day it first sees a posting, so a repost can't reset its age.

What the posting discloses

Not stated: Pay, real vacancy, AI screening.

Why these three

Ontario requires postings from employers with 25 or more staff to state the pay, whether the vacancy exists, and whether AI screens applicants.

Some employers add pay only on their own site. Check the original posting before you rule it out.

  • Manage Kubernetes workloads, including deployments, services, ingress, autoscaling, and application rollouts.
  • Configure and manage GCP services such as Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Cloud Load Balancing, Cloud DNS, VPC, IAM, and Cloud Monitoring.
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform to automate cloud resource provisioning and management.
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated application deployment and infrastructure updates.
  • Manage container images using Docker and Google Artifact Registry.
  • Implement cloud security best practices, including IAM policies, service accounts, network security, secrets management, and access controls.
  • Monitor cloud infrastructure and application performance using Google Cloud Monitoring, Cloud Logging, and alerting tools.
  • Troubleshoot infrastructure, Kubernetes cluster, networking, and application deployment issues.
  • Optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, scalability, availability, and cost efficiency.
  • Implement backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability strategies.
  • Collaborate with DevOps, development, security, and architecture teams to support cloud-native application delivery.
  • Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and cloud infrastructure standards.

Required Technical Skills
