The role
The agents are the product. You'll build them end to end: take a real workflow, figure out how experts actually do it, and ship an agent good enough that some of the most demanding customers in the world trust it. Small team, huge scope, and your work goes in front of customers within weeks.
What you'll do
- Build and ship agents, from tools and retrieval to orchestration and model choice.
- Write the evals that prove they work, and keep raising the bar.
- Work side by side with our scientists and customers.
- Turn one-off wins into reusable pieces of the platform.
What we're looking for
- You've built LLM apps or agents that real people use, not just demos.
- Strong Python and good engineering habits.
- You ship fast and learn faster.
- You're obsessed with how you know something actually works.
- Early in your career is fine. We care about slope, not years.

- Side projects, hackathon wins or open-source work you're proud of.
