How we know

It hasn't been reposted, listed twice, or left up unusually long, and the posting doesn't say it's a talent pool.

Ghostless records the day it first sees a posting, so a repost can't reset its age. This one was already up when Ghostless started tracking Bags, so its true age is longer.

Last checked Nov 3, 2026.

What the posting discloses

Not stated: Pay, real vacancy, AI screening.

Why these three

Ontario requires postings from employers with 25 or more staff to state the pay, whether the vacancy exists, and whether AI screens applicants.

Some employers add pay only on their own site. Check the original posting before you rule it out.

Who We Are

Bags.fm is the development company that builds and operates the entire technology stack behind bags.fm , the leading launchpad for new projects and ideas. The systems are low latency, high throughput, live under constant load, and break if you get them wrong.

What You’ll Do

As a React Native Engineer on our mobile team, you’ll play a pivotal role in building and scaling our mobile application, bringing the power of crypto and SocialFi to users worldwide. You’ll work across the stack to craft high-performance, seamless mobile experiences, shipping fast and iterating rapidly in a high-growth environment.

  • Build and maintain a world-class mobile application using React Native, ensuring smooth performance and an intuitive user experience.
  • Optimise for speed, efficiency, and scalability, creating a seamless bridge between blockchain interactions and mobile-first design.
  • Work closely with backend engineers to integrate APIs, real-time data streams, and decentralised technologies.
  • Iterate quickly—shipping features, gathering feedback, and refining the mobile experience to drive engagement and retention.
  • Solve complex technical challenges related to crypto wallets, smart contract interactions, and real-time data updates.
  • Maintain a clean, modular, and scalable codebase while pushing the boundaries of mobile development.
  • Collaborate with designers, engineers, and product leaders to shape the future of our mobile platform.

  • A React Native specialist with a strong track record of building and deploying mobile applications at scale
  • Proficient in React Native and mobile development best practices, with a deep understanding of performance optimisation
  • Comfortable working across the mobile stack, integrating native modules and optimising for iOS and Android
  • Passionate about crypto, DeFi, and blockchain (or highly motivated to dive in)
  • Ideally an active contributor to open source react native projects
  • A fast-moving, problem-solving engineer who thrives in an environment where speed and impact matter
  • High-agency and ownership-driven, capable of leading features end-to-end with minimal guidance
  • Experienced in high-growth startups or fast-paced product teams, where iteration speed and user feedback drive decision-making
  • Excited to be part of a world-class engineering team, building the next generation of mobile-first crypto applications
