How we know
It hasn't been reposted, listed twice, or left up unusually long, and the posting doesn't say it's a talent pool.
Ghostless records the day it first sees a posting, so a repost can't reset its age. This one was already up when Ghostless started tracking Relling, so its true age is longer.

Not stated: Pay, real vacancy, AI screening.
Why these three
Ontario requires postings from employers with 25 or more staff to state the pay, whether the vacancy exists, and whether AI screens applicants.
Some employers add pay only on their own site. Check the original posting before you rule it out.

About the role
About Relling: Relling (YC S25) builds ready-to-deploy robot workcells for US manufacturers. We design and test in San Francisco and put systems to work on factory floors. This is a full-time, in-person role in Potrero Hill, San Francisco.
What you'll do: Design, build and wire control panels for robotic workcells, from schematics and panel layout through wiring, labeling and documentation. Select and integrate power distribution, motor drives and servo amplifiers, PLCs, safety relays and controllers, sensors, I/O and industrial networks such as EtherCAT and EtherNet/IP. Design wiring harnesses and cable routing for robots and end-of-arm tooling, and design and bring up custom PCBs where off-the-shelf parts fall short. Commission cells on the factory floor, troubleshoot electrical faults under real production conditions, and make sure every system is safe, serviceable and built to code.
What we're looking for: Hands-on experience designing and building electrical systems you can explain end to end, such as control panels, harnesses, power electronics or PCBs. Strong fundamentals in circuits, power, grounding and shielding, and comfort with schematic and layout tools (e.g. EPLAN, AutoCAD Electrical, KiCad or Altium). Familiarity with industrial standards and machine safety (NFPA 79, UL 508A, safety-rated circuits) is a strong plus. A practical approach to debugging: measurements, root causes and validation.
How to apply: Apply with your resume and a short description of an electrical system you built or shipped. Project links are optional. Tell us what you owned, what failed and how you tested the fix.
