How we know

It hasn't been reposted, listed twice, or left up unusually long, and the posting doesn't say it's a talent pool.

Ghostless records the day it first sees a posting, so a repost can't reset its age.

Last checked Nov 3, 2026.

What the posting discloses

Not stated: Pay, real vacancy, AI screening.

Why these three

Ontario requires postings from employers with 25 or more staff to state the pay, whether the vacancy exists, and whether AI screens applicants.

Some employers add pay only on their own site. Check the original posting before you rule it out.

You will be embedded within the deployment team, focusing on the integrity, analysis, and visualization of data to ensure an accelerated and successful rollout of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution. You will interpret complex data sets, identify trends, and provide the Engineering teams with the insights needed to optimize product structures and configurations. You will be responsible for ensuring that the global transition to D365 is backed by high-quality, validated data.

Main Responsibilities

  • Data Insight & Trends: Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets using statistical techniques to support D365 deployment.
  • Reporting & Dashboards: Develop and maintain automated reporting capabilities (Power BI/Excel) to monitor data cleanliness and project progress.
  • ETL Management: Extract, transform, and load (ETL) Engineering and CPQ data, ensuring seamless flow between legacy systems and D365.
  • Data Quality Assurance: Define and implement data profiling and cleansing routines to ensure "single version of truth" accuracy through all migration test cycles.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Present analysis results and data-driven solutions to senior leaders and internal customers to influence project timescales and strategy.
  • Process Improvement: Locate and define new process improvement opportunities for data collection and management.
  • Migration Support: Support production cut-over and provide early-life support by resolving data-related discrepancies in real-time.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of and experience with databases (SQL, etc.) and programming for data manipulation (Python, R, or ETL frameworks).
  • Advanced Analytics: Expertise in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, XLOOKUP, SUMPRODUCT), MS access and data visualization tools like Power BI.
  • Data Lifecycle Knowledge: Proven experience in data profiling, Master Data Management (MDM), data cleansing, and complex data migrations.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to collect, organise, and disseminate significant amounts of information with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to identify, investigate, and resolve data anomalies within large, complex datasets.
  • Communication: Ability to effectively communicate technical data findings to a non-technical audience and build relationships across global Engineering teams.
  • Agility: Comfortable working to tight deadlines and adept at switching priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

This role is perfect for someone -

Who holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field and with a professional experience of 5 - 8 years. You should be someone who thrives in a process-driven environment, excels at delivering end-to-end data solutions, and is technically oriented yet capable of influencing project stakeholders. You are disciplined, proactive, and passionate about turning data into a strategic asset.

Required Competencies

  • Decision-Making: Able to make data-backed decisions quickly during critical project phases.
  • Analytical Rigor: A methodical approach to troubleshooting and data validation.
  • Adaptability: Able to cope with the unexpected and manage data issues effectively during system transitions.
