How we know

It hasn't been reposted, listed twice, or left up unusually long, and the posting doesn't say it's a talent pool.

Ghostless records the day it first sees a posting, so a repost can't reset its age.

Last checked Nov 4, 2026.

What the posting discloses

Not stated: Pay, real vacancy, AI screening.

Why these three

Ontario requires postings from employers with 25 or more staff to state the pay, whether the vacancy exists, and whether AI screens applicants.

Some employers add pay only on their own site. Check the original posting before you rule it out.

About the role

Mission

Neko is redefining what prevention means, from treating illness when it arrives, to sustaining health before it's ever at risk. Our mission: make data-driven, preventative care accessible to more people, before symptoms appear.

In a single, non-invasive visit under an hour, proprietary technology and direct clinical care combine to deliver personalised, actionable insights. It's a team that thinks in 10x, not 10%. Every role here plays a part in building a world where prevention is the norm, and where your work genuinely helps people live longer, healthier lives.

Role Purpose

Our clinics depend on technology that simply works: the network, the devices and the rooms members walk into for their scan and debrief. As a Lead Network Engineer in London, you’ll work alongside the Corporate Engineering team to provide industry-leading support services and build solutions.

You’ll provide generalist support to the company at our London HQ and, on top of that, be Corporate Engineering’s domain expert for network and security, the key contact for our network and AV partners, and the person on site when a clinic opening or incident needs hands-on ownership. Over time, you’ll shape how we run our network as Neko scales, with member experience and long-term reliability as the test for every decision.

What You’ll Deliver in the First 6-12 Months

  • Own network incidents end to end across Cisco Meraki (MX/MS/MR), LAN/WAN, VPN and firewall as the primary contact for our network partner, reducing escalations to the wider team (Impact, not activity).
  • Lead clinic-room readiness for new openings, coordinating AV vendors and Facilities and Clinic leads so Sonos, Soundtrack, Dante and debrief-room displays are tested and handed over on time (Member-first, always).
  • Take delegated ownership of the network partner relationship and set out a long-term operating model for the network, making clear trade-offs on what Neko should own directly (Chase 10X, not 10%).
  • Establish working coverage of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune and Defender XDR, and ship at least one PowerShell or Graph automation that removes a recurring manual process (Tech-enabled, human-centred).
  • Document network architecture, configurations and troubleshooting procedures for London and partner-managed infrastructure, raising the wider team’s network capability.
  • Recommend and build new processes, systems and tooling for Corporate Engineering, acting as a builder of solutions as well as a supporter of existing ones.
  • Partner with our global teams on shared systems and standards, and travel to US sites for onsite requirements & deployment activities

Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, DHCP, DNS, Wi-Fi), hands-on Cisco Meraki (MX/MS/MR) troubleshooting, and working knowledge of Azure networking (VPN, Point-to-Site, VNets, NSGs).
  • Proven experience as the technical point of contact for a network vendor or managed service provider, owning incidents, planned changes, ISP issues and site deployments from investigation through validation.
  • Hands-on, on-site support of busy multi-site environments such as offices, retail, hospitality or clinics, built on a grounding in IT operations.
  • Administration of Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Conditional Access, SSO, Enterprise Applications) and Intune across Windows, macOS and iOS, with working knowledge of Defender XDR.
  • PowerShell scripting for administration and repeatable operations, and confident use of AI to draft scripts, document incidents and speed up diagnosis, with clear judgement on where hands-on verification is needed.
  • Clear documentation and communication: you can explain a technical issue to a clinic lead or a non-technical leader, and hold your ground with a vendor.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Clinic or venue AV systems (Sonos amplifiers, Soundtrack, Dante audio, meeting-room displays and NUCs), including coordinating AV vendor access for testing and handover.
  • Microsoft Graph or API experience for workflow and operational automation.
  • New office or site launches in a fast-scaling company, from build to first day of business.
  • Experience migrating between platforms or bringing outsourced services in-house.
