How we know

It hasn't been reposted, listed twice, or left up unusually long, and the posting doesn't say it's a talent pool.

Ghostless records the day it first sees a posting, so a repost can't reset its age.

Last checked Nov 4, 2026.

About the role

Iterative Health is a healthcare technology and services company powering the acceleration of clinical research to transform patient outcomes.

We built a leading performance-driven network of 100+ sites across the US, Europe, India, and Australia, conducting research directly in the communities where care is delivered across gastrointestinal, hepatology, obesity, and cardiology. By combining deep clinical trial expertise with cutting-edge AI, we connect sponsors' scientific ambitions with high-performing research teams that expedite and expand access to novel therapeutics for patients in need. Today, Iterative Health is headquartered in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and New York City with 250+ employees world-wide.

The HRIS & People Analytics Contractor will partner closely with the Head of People Operations team to improve the accuracy, consistency, and usability of employee data across our HR systems. This individual will take ownership of data cleanup and reconciliation efforts, establishing BambooHR as our primary source of truth for employee data, and develop reliable reporting and analytics to support business decisions.

In addition to HRIS data management and analytics, the consultant will support upcoming system and process enhancements, including preparation for 2027 organizational enhancements in payroll, job architecture, and improvements to preboarding and onboarding workflows and moving to a new HCM.

This is a hands-on, project-based engagement for someone who can independently assess existing systems, identify gaps, execute solutions, and recommend improvements. The ideal candidate combines strong HRIS expertise with analytical capabilities, technical proficiency, and a process-oriented mindset.
