How we know

It hasn't been reposted, listed twice, or left up unusually long, and the posting doesn't say it's a talent pool.

Ghostless records the day it first sees a posting, so a repost can't reset its age. This one was already up when Ghostless started tracking Bridgewater Associates, so its true age is longer.

Last checked Nov 4, 2026.

What the posting discloses

Not stated: Pay, real vacancy, AI screening.

Why these three

Ontario requires postings from employers with 25 or more staff to state the pay, whether the vacancy exists, and whether AI screens applicants.

Some employers add pay only on their own site. Check the original posting before you rule it out.

About the role

AIA is Bridgewater Associates' dedicated Artificial Intelligence research and investment lab. Spearheaded by Co-CIO Greg Jensen, we're building toward a future where machine intelligence will exceed human understanding of markets, making investment research more rigorous, comprehensive, and ultimately more effective. Despite decades of quantitative innovation in finance, key gaps remain. Markets are shaped by causal relationships that span economics, policy, and human behavior.

These relationships are too complex and numerous for any individual or team to fully track. The volume of information that moves markets grows exponentially, while human cognitive bandwidth remains fixed. Traditional statistical systems, while powerful, lack a deep understanding of cause and effect that separates genuine insight from pattern matching.
