How we know

It hasn't been reposted, listed twice, or left up unusually long, and the posting doesn't say it's a talent pool.

Ghostless records the day it first sees a posting, so a repost can't reset its age.

Last checked Nov 4, 2026.

What the posting discloses

Not stated: Pay, real vacancy, AI screening.

Why these three

Ontario requires postings from employers with 25 or more staff to state the pay, whether the vacancy exists, and whether AI screens applicants.

Some employers add pay only on their own site. Check the original posting before you rule it out.

About the role

Job Description & Summary

We’re for those who decode the future, using technology to transform how business gets done. We look for curious minds who solve complex problems, create smart solutions, and push the boundaries of what tech can achieve, driving change that lasts.

SHAPING TOMORROW

Make a real impact, today, and tomorrow, through work that matters. Here, you will tackle today’s toughest challenges with a future-focused mindset; so our clients turn to us first when it matters most.

Make a real impact

Turn your passion for technology into practical solutions. As a Junior ABAP Developer in our SAP team, you’ll work alongside experienced colleagues, contribute to real client projects, and discover how your code can help businesses work smarter. Your role will include

  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of SAP solutions using ABAP, supporting our clients’ business needs.
  • Collaborate with SAP functional consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Support the development of interfaces and integrations between SAP and other business applications.
  • Apply your problem-solving skills to resolve technical challenges and improve the quality and reliability of SAP applications.
  • Participate in testing activities and prepare technical documentation to support implementation and ongoing maintenance.
  • Apply coding standards and development best practices, incorporating feedback through code reviews.
  • Build your knowledge of modern SAP development approaches, including SAP S/4HANA, ABAP Objects, CDS views, and the ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP).
  • Explore SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), emerging AI capabilities, and new technologies, building your skills through continuous learning and practical experience.

What you bring matters

You don’t need to have all the answers from day one. We’re looking for curious minds with a solid foundation in programming, a collaborative mindset, and the drive to learn. What you bring to the team

  • A university degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or another relevant field.
  • A foundational understanding of programming concepts, object-oriented development, and relational databases.
  • Familiarity with at least one programming language, gained through academic projects, personal projects, internships, or professional experience.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and an interest in understanding how business applications manage and process data.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript, web development fundamentals, and web services or APIs will be considered an asset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • A willingness to ask questions, learn through feedback, and take ownership of your development.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
