How we know
It hasn't been reposted, listed twice, or left up unusually long, and the posting doesn't say it's a talent pool.
Ghostless records the day it first sees a posting, so a repost can't reset its age.

Not stated: Pay, real vacancy, AI screening.
Why these three
Ontario requires postings from employers with 25 or more staff to state the pay, whether the vacancy exists, and whether AI screens applicants.
Some employers add pay only on their own site. Check the original posting before you rule it out.

What you’ll do
- Own complex iOS features end to end, including technical design, implementation, testing, release, and iteration.
- Build polished interfaces with UIKit and SwiftUI .
- Design and evolve the network layer, including API integration, authentication, error handling, retries, and caching.
- QA your own work: validate user flows, visual details, and edge cases across supported devices and iOS versions, and resolve issues before shipping.
- Improve app performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- Contribute to product decisions and work with designers to refine user flows and interactions.
- Raise engineering quality through code reviews, technical guidance, and improvements to development practices.

- Strong ownership and the ability to deliver features independently, with sound technical judgment and clear communication.
- Strong product taste and an eye for good UX, demonstrated through thoughtful interactions, clear flows, and attention to detail.
Great to have
- Ability to build and deploy simple backend services and APIs.
- Experience with server-driven UI (SDUI) , including client compatibility and fallback behavior.
- Experience integrating Stripe into mobile payment flows.
How you work

- You have a genuine drive to learn and a talent for sharing knowledge clearly with those around you.
- You identify problems, propose solutions, and follow through.
- You move with urgency and make deliberate trade-offs.
- You bring energy to collaboration and help unblock others.
- You care about how the product works for users and what happens after a feature ships.
The deal
- Competitive salary in USD + stock options.
- On-site role in our Almaty office (we will relocate you from anywhere).
- Full-time position with high growth potential.
